@@GianniDN Commercial success does not say anything about the quality of a song. I recommend you to watch the documentary film "The Sugar Man" about a musician named Sixto Rodriguez. I personally don't listen to music like Brooke, but honestly it could have been rated much better

@@svilokos75 The countries who qualified deserved it much more. This song is just cheap af and it's even annoying to listen at. They had a great chance this year of doing really well with Connelly, but again they picked the wrong song. She just needed to gain a bit more confidence but she had a great song and vocals. Her song has already more steams than That's rich ever had. If Sweden would have send this, they wouldn't have qualified either. It was just cheap and bad. And those key changes made it extremely annoying because she was mostly off key.

Maybe not the best performance of the night but this was definitely deserving of a qualifying spot. Vocals were spot on, staging was cohesive and well-produced, song actually somewhat has a meaning unlike a lot of the ballads, and Brooke is such a charismatic performer. She was such a hit with the audience and the fans, it's a shame the jury bombed her in favour of all the ballads. Like seriously, letting a country qualify when they got 0 in televoting is not it...

@Christian John Yes next year we have plans to get somebody to sit on a chair and wash their feet in a bucket while singing a monotonous and repetitive song sung in the irish language surronded by people in bathrobes with some clapping thrown in - so were guaranteed to pass to the final ...job done...if you fling enough SH*T at the wall some of it will eventually stick i guess.

I seriously don’t get it. This song has everything. Top tier staging.. The fireworks. The choreography. The confidence. The outfits. The song is catchy, entertaining, engaging, iconic. Ok so the vocals weren't perfect, and it wasn't currently on trend, but damn, this song was easily top five for the whole competition, not just the semi finals. Я полностью согласен! Песня, выступление- реально зажгла, классно пела, ну чисто сделала этот полу финал! А то что вайб 2000ых , да есть такое, но это даже круто, какая то даже настольгия по ранней Ke$ha)) очень жаль что она не прошла!

Out of all the songs this 2022 Eurovision, it has been THIS song I have listened and watched over and over again. Hoping you read this Brooke: I love the song, and if only for your supermove(at exactly 02:00)you should have made the finals. Thats' rich coming from me, right? :)

I am Bulgarian and understand the Serbian song since the languages are similar. Have you checked the lyrics yourself? The song is way more meaningful than singing about a lazy lover. It’s not just about washing hands.

The cheers she got at the end. I'm sorry but if we find out she was very popular in the public vote and was tanked by the juries the EBU need to change the voting system. So cruel. She slayed. She was perfect. People adored it.

That definetely happened! Romania voted very differently than what EBU said. They literally took our points and given them to another country! They did not allow for our presenter to come live either, since she was reading the real votes, different then what they were doing. That’s how it went…sadly!

@@blacksea1726 yup. The entire jury system in my opinion should be scrapped. The EBU done an awful hi job this year. Remove the current system. Instead have the Juries select 2 wildcard qualifiers. The public select 8 for the final. Then the Juries have a list of 10 they chose. The two highest ranked on their list that weren't already but through should then go through as jury choices. Don't tell us who was what though until after the final. Then for the final the juries should have a top 10 list they award bonus points to. They have way too much power. I don't like it.
