After a week-long mentorship intensive in mid-August, encompassing individual, sectional, and ensemble rehearsals in a safe, socially-distanced environment, these talented youth performed great 20th and 21st century works alongside the Microcosmos Quartet in a showcase concert. In the wake of a year marked profoundly by physical isolation, Music on Main was thrilled to invite a limited number of audience members to this safe, in-person event at the historic Vancouver Playhouse.
