A little trowback from the 2000s when brooks and dunn and zz top perform together the song Hard working man (IF YOU HAVE THE FULL CONCERT PLEASE UPLOAD HERE ON RU-vid ON YOUR CHANNEL)
Awesome, ZzTop, I can relate, worked 7 days per week for years, drove a big rig and smaller trucks for 25 years, 12-14 hours per day, most times, with nothing to show for it, welll, I do now , I was more tired when I worked only 8 hours, crazy! Get er done, and I did!! Yehaww!!
ZZ Top is one of those bands that can simply, flat out step right into any music act, add their own special twist and make something amazing out of it. I'm sure they could team up with Slipknot and produce something worth listening to.
Because Brooks and Dunn apart from being a duo, they have their group of musicians to get different sounds and not have very difficult recording in the studio apart from live they can get sounds similar to the original version, on the other hand if in your band you have 3 people in studio you have to repeat processes to have more sounds in the recording that you could not replicate live
As a guitar player, I enjoy watching Billy's work here. I can figure out the notes rather quickly and play them accurately. But MAN! There's something hes got that I don't. When I play it, it sounds like garbage. He makes it sound amazing. God bless
I'm surprised they didn't sing "Rock My World (Little Country Girl)" together. That song's music video seems like it was an homage to ZZ's 80's videos ("Legs", "Gimme All Your Lovin'").
Mr. Billy Gibbons is the best guitarist on that stage. I love both but as rocker from the seventies ZZ Top was the best. Saw ZZ and John Fogerty on the Bayou and Blues tour a couple of years ago. Still awesome. "Same 3 dudes, Same three chords, That little ole band from Texas"
Unbelievable collaboration! Two great groups that sound even greater together. I always enjoy seeing Kix strutting and dancing on stage. Really feeling the music!
This video was probley from when that show crossroads was still on tv that was the show where they would usually take somebody from rock & roll and somebody from country music and put them together playing one anothers music together.
I know too, before of this, i saw a video of the complete concert Zz Top featuring Brooks and Dunn on CMT Crossroads 2002, it was about 40 minutes but after of it they delete the video and i never found it, only i just found this trowback from CMT on facebook and i reupload here on youtube because there's no was other video about Zz top and Brooks and dunn playing "Hard Working Man" Together.
