Contested each May, the PGA Championship is the second major championship in golf’s annual rotation, and perennially features the strongest field in the men's game based on the Official World Golf Rankings. Known for dramatic finishes and notable champions, the Wanamaker Trophy-which has been awarded to the winner since 1916-is inscribed with names such as McIlroy, Woods, Nicklaus, and Player. The 2023 PGA Championship is set to take place between May 18-21 at Oak Hill Country Club. The reigning champion is Justin Thomas.

Thats exactly why they are in form. In sports you have peaks and valleys. Since they actually have an off season they peak at the appropriate times.

I truly believe the LIV tour is going to phase out.from all indicators it's not getting the viewership it was expecting.the chink in the Armour is the cut backs of the travel arrangements first implemented. Second of all is the search for sponsorship.the tour relied on the major backer and that is dwindling fast.once the players have met their obligations I believe you will see the return of the players back into the fold.the pga has and always will have the history and grandeur and that will never change.The LIV players are playing in these majors for the history of these storied events where the other tour will never have.

The simple truth is, no matter how you feel about LIV, people just aren’t watching. Their television ratings are atrocious, and other than in Australia where spectators showed up in big numbers because they were starving for pro golf, eager to watch their countrymen play, almost nobody has shown up to watch the other LIV events and they’re giving tickets away. The fan base has become the outsiders, renegades and the politically motivated far right, who like to stir things up for the sake of doing so. It’s people who really aren’t true golf fans and they relish the opportunity to trash the establishment. It turns out it matters who you do business and associate with!!! Trump brought the right wingers to LIV golf, Greg brought the renegades, The Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia brought the outsiders. The LIV experience is tacky beyond belief!!!
