@@GuruBwoy I was able to fix it, the problem was in the drivers. SSH working but activation_plist not found. p.s. I updated the iPhone from ios 9.3.5 to 15.7.3 with data saved, the device was on a password with an activation lock.
upd upd upd: I remembered that the device was on ios 9 with a password and an activation lock (the activation was reset after a while). That's why I couldn't create copies of the activation files.

What do you mean by reboot also works, here 12:31 Are you able to make phone calls? Have you managed to wipe the existing icloud id completely? You also didn't show the 3utools after everything was completed.
Reboot: meaning restarting will not get you stuck on hello screen. Calls: yes call works Icloud: No it bypass not completely after you perform factory reset you will need original apple id

apple mobile device usb driver is not showing up under universal serial controllers but it is showing up in universal serial devices should i continue ?
