Hi, it can be done but i do not recommend this for that application, the hooks are very delicate and prone to damage. You would be better off with a programmable bar tack machine.
Hi there, Thank you kindly for the video - it's so nice to see the machine in action! I just acquired one of these on consignment and am wondering if you could share where you got the parts for this machine? I am looking specifically for the handle. Thank you!!
Como soncroniza4 el sistema de lubricacion Paso por paso asi como enseñan y muestran como sincronizar calibrar pero nunca muestran como corregir el paso del aceite gracias
HI, just wondering, can these type of button hole machines be set up so that it just sews straight back and forth and without the cut for the hole. I am looking to sew strapping to fabric. about 20-30mm wide. any ideas welcomed. thanks

Hi tip the machine on its side and add the oil into the tray, there is a oil level indicator under the table that shows oil level. Will try and do a video, but its been a busy year!
Hi, the Reece S2 is of course a chainstitch buttonhole, whereas the Brother is a lockstitch having a bobbin case. Lockstitch buttonhole gives a nicer finish.
I agree, I like the nice finish on the Lockstitch buttonhole machines better than Reece S2. the Reece S2 is just too noisy for me. are the Juki button sewing machine have low noise levels?
