I wish you could come to my house. Our yard is worse than that, and I can barely walk due to different back injuries. My husband has severe hereditary scoliosis, and his spine is very bent and painful. Our kids won't help. We could pay someone, but don't know who to ask. Our well is broken and we have no water until they can get back there to fix it. We have to buy water.😢.

@@Namonness We don't know if they had children. Maybe they did but the kids are far away or even dead. But it is a bit sad. Hope others can move in so the houses don't get ruined. Edit. The sister had two sons. They should sell the houses.
You are a caring human being and you went above and beyond. That whole area should have a covered dish in your honor with fellowship to pull those people together. You are just mighty nice 🙏🌻🙏
@@Allthemotioninwhite Did you listen to the video it says the whole neighborhood meaning there is others in that neighborhood besides the two deceased people 🙄😂
0h what a nice neighbor you are, if I am one of the owner of the house I just let this man occupy this house n lot because he can keep this property in order. He be a blessing to everyone around. Wish there be more people like you good and industrious. You should be rewarded. GOD BLESS YOU MAN & the old lady as a good friend of the house owner. Comment from Zambo. City, philippines .
He’s making a lot of money off social media, more than he would just landscaping, but I still would rather see uplifting content like this than anything else
Mind blowing that there are so many perfectly lovely homes with sweet neighbors, with huge plots of land being neglected and resented by their communities. How many loving families deserve this house and garden sanctuary? Thanks for sharing your kindness and hard work.
Family members should pay for lawn care but you don't know the situation with finances, paperwork, beneficiaries, ect. Takes time with court processes. Be nice if local/state gov has fund to pay lawn care until settlement is made. They could recoup their money at time of sale or family member steps in. Govt could notify 3x, if no response then step in. Make sure family is aware of charges, reimbersement beforehand. If no relatives then state takes over I think. They search for all remaining relatives if not in will. I received $1,000+ from relative I never knew. There were about 10 surviving family members.
You are a great man for what you are doing for folks I know someone who could use help like you. Her husband is just going through stage 3 lung cancer they need help bad but they want ask for help. It's a shame you can't find men like you where they live. God bless you, young man,
Another incredible job!!! Well done!!!! You are a truly amazing young man. I know without a doubt that Angels 😇 are watching over you. God bless you, your family and your employees. ❤🙏🫂
I don’t understand why the families keep these properties. They can sell them, get some money and a new family can enjoy a home and upkeep the property. Spencer always does a great job cleaning up
It was 12 years before they could touch the property across from me. First the man was in a nursing home for over 6 years, then the property went into probate for years. The remaining family was well off, but it was a large family & there was quite a bit of squabbling… which happens more often than not.
More than likely, the estate is still open and unsettled (which is exceptionally sad if the brother had been dead for 10 years). There are a plethora of reasons these houses go abandoned. The owner never had a will, there is no next of kin/next of kin did not want to be executor, whoever is handling the estate lives out of state, legal battle over who gets the home/home sale, etc. I mean it took my family something like 7 years to sell my grandmother's mountain home after she passed and there were no legal issues surrounding it. It's just that no one wanted a house that could only get satellite internet. I'm sure some would love to get it off their hands and officially close the estate, but it's not always attainable within a year of the owner's passing.
Sometimes the amount owed just brings it into foreclosure and that can be years sometimes a decade before anything happens It's an extremely slow process even if inheritance works it can be years and people are not allowed on the property prior to that
I just love wht u do i watch all ur youtube videos ur concern and attentiveness is OUTSTANDING we need more of u. Ur Amazing. God Bless U I support u and salute u.❤
To help support this, you could compost the biomass. People will pay well to get completely unsprayed, and organic, naturally grown compost. It's difficult to find quality compost, most commercial stuff isn't very good.
Awwww you're so thoughtful and kind for helping like this. Thank you. God bless you and all the people you help. You're a good person, a real sweetheart !! 😊🙏❤️🫂💜🌻🐦🌷🪻💯🦋
There is…. At the end of the video he said “click link in my bio” I clicked and it took me to the video playlist and this video is the second to last one….. So you should pay attention maybe
My family has this issue where we had a lot of relatives pass away over a short period of time and the grief is overwhelming. It takes a long time to heal and then see the mess around you! Thank you for doing what you do as I know there are more families like mine who have gone through a situation like this! During that grief process everything just gets put on hold and courts can take forever to process paperwork and meanwhile the grass and shrubs don’t stop growing! The care that some of these places need just can’t wait for the courts to get done with their very slow process! Thank you for doing what you do! This is a kindness that is very rare!❤❤❤❤❤
You owecit to the neighbors and community to have a non chaotic front yard. Do more if you can out of fairness. For example, for about four hundred dollars, a yard can tidy if it was neglected for a while.
You definitely need to be commended on your work it's alot alot of work once all grown over like that. Your a blessing. Shame no family or friends helped these disabled ppl out for them and the neighborhood from just snakes and spiders all other creepys 😮 much love to you sir job well done❤
The lady said she would come help the males land and cut but I'm sure between her own land and his got to much what's sad is there's so many people on low income or homeless even would love homes like this and try to keep it all going and bless Spencer's heart I'm surprised the government dosent give him a couple of these homes free is much as he does free just by himself for the government ❤❤❤
He stated rats and mosquitos were out of control due to these conditions. The snakes eat rats, the spiders eat all manner of bugs. Snakes' normal environment contains rock piles. Even forgotten yards don't usually have those. Bats consume vast numbers of mosquitos. Eliminating standing water that they lay their eggs in is the best way to keep them from overpopulating. Hope this helps.
