Thank you for this video. I am not very technically minded but I have just managed to change the fuser unit on our MFC-L8690CDW, saving hundreds of pounds on buying a replacement copier/printer. The video was excellent and despite my advancing years (75 years old) the only help that I needed from my husband was to separate the main electrical socket because my fingers weren't strong enough to do it! I am now off to look for a video on how to re-set the fuser unit counter!
