This is such a sad case. It reminds me of my homies Jamel & his little brother Qua'ran , they both lost their lives within a 6 month time span . It has to be super hard for any parent to have to endure such grief in such little time. My prayers and condolences goes out to the families involved
It is a statistical improbability that two brothers would be randomly gunned down within 100 days of each other. What percentages of mothers raise two sons, both being gunned down. It's no coincidence nor random shootings. I've more often that not, found the mom in particular and the families in general are in complete denial about what their sons were into. I've gone through it personally. If you DO NOT address what going on in your own sons lives when they're alive, don't be surprised when "the life" catches up to them. I grew up seeing mothers in denial crying over dead sons in the streets. One would be an anomaly, two is a parental system failure.
And the baby's mother too...That is just sickening...Jacksonville needs an overhaul on criminals...Big clean up and never let them out of jail...Such a pretty place...Such a shame...

yeah, of course, but we don't know in this case - not sure if it still is but jacksonville was the murder capital of florida very recently. region also matters a lot, both in terms of what kind of a life people are exposed to as they grow up but also likelihood of being in the wrong place at the wrong time, even if you're doing nothing wrong

How deeply saddening. Prayers and Love to his family and friends and to the young lady who was killed. I remember seeing it not long ago. A family with 3 sons and one son was shot killed and I believe it was a few days later the other two brothers were walking home and they were shot dead too. A family lost 3 sons by the same person I believe.
I saw that story too about them, seeing their crip with them with each other was so heartbreaking. I believe is was a new orleans case, one of the sons just became a dad too. Smh. They were stalked and gunned down while walking minding their business.

Bro people kill for NO reason all the time. That may not apply to this situation but they’re tons of innocent people in the cemetery right now that got killed for being at the wrong place at the wrong time. Unfortunately, that’s the world we live in. I’ll give you a prime example, last month a family of 5 (grandfather & 4 grandchildren) were killed in TX by an escaped inmate. The grandfather was just spending time with his grandchildren on their ranch when the inmate came over & killed all of them & stole their vehicle. Innocent people die everyday bro. It’s a sad truth.

These two used their gangster lifestyle to help their family. Now the family is grieving because they can't receive stolen handouts from these guys. These brothers are " in a better place" as they say. ;)

Sometimes what happens is the person will kill the other relatives in fear that person knows who did it and will want revenge. Jealousy is real and until you are actually personally affected by the situation you will only assume. Not every Black man is a criminal.

Hard to say if the deaths are related. The second brother was murdered along with a female in his car, could have been a jealous ex or something like that. Both brothers were so young, what a shame to lose two sons like that. My heart goes out to their mama.

A commenter pointed out how one of the brothers Facebook page had some "very interesting" communication. The problem is when the truth is revealed, most unbelievers disappear and are afraid to admit they're wrong. It's par for the course.
Sadly, you can tell there is an underlying issue that caused these brothers to be killed. One, that the family absolutely know. But, you don't talk 'shop' with press or authorities. You deal with it, inside the community. And therein, lies one of the biggest issues. An Eye for an Eye, leaves the world blind. And if you can't be honest, with those outside your little community. In Philly they solve about twenty percent of black murders. They solve sixty to eighty percent of white murders. Big city cops integrated with many excellent black police. Same cops doing their job.

I doubt that. The brother on the left has on the same type of button down dickies shirt In the second picture as well, just a different color and clearly they wasn't in jail in that picture. They must like wearing those types of shirts. Also their edge lines and beards are way to clean and sharp for them to be in jail. Obviously if they had just got in jail as a reason their hair and beards are still that nice than they wouldn't have had a cell phone that quick to even take a picture. Some people just like those types of shirts. Hell they could be a work uniform for all we know.
Also there's a door with hinges behind them. Jails don't have them types of house doors. And the walls are brick In almost all florida jails, where this wall behind them is a soild white wall. It looks like they are in a bathroom looking through a mirror at themselves. Which jails don't have glass mirrors either. Atleast not in Jacksonville. If they were looking directly at a camera phone their eyes would both be fixed on the samething, but they are not. Alot of clues in one picture to say they're not in jail.
