Matt I have just finished my Invisalign treatment, my advice; stick with it and you will think it's not moving your teeth but wait until you see the photos and you will be able to see results even from a early stage. It can be painful but it's worth it and this does depend on how bad your teeth were at the the start. But finally good luck with it. I am soooo happy with my results

Just recently found your videos. Some good motivation and tips. Have you got any special programs too building muscle size and strength. 39 year old Male. Used too doing chest tris. Back and bis. Shoulders and legs on s 3 day split. Not seen much difference. Seen aloft of stuff going round about compound exercises. I've never done squats dead lifts nothing like that. Would you recommend them and could you recommend a good program sets and stuff like that please.
