About Crystal singing Bowls
Crystal singing bowls are made from quartz and are capable of producing long, soft sounds, making them a central feature of the sound bath experience for mindfulness.
About Just Intonation Crystal singing Bowls
While typical crystal singing bowls divide an octave simply into 12 equal parts, based on the "equal temperament" scale used widely for instruments like pianos and guitars that play modern melodies, the concept of "just intonation" was used extensively before the creation of equal temperament, from ancient Greece through to Bach's time, focusing on perfect harmony and pure chords.
Just intonation is not suitable for playing melodies, but for this simple performance, we tried using bowls tuned to just intonation.

The sound known as "brown noise" has recently gained attention for its potential to aid relaxation and sleep. Similar to the sound of waterfalls or wind, it's a unique type of noise that is not unpleasant. We hope you enjoy it.
