This is an excellent video. I tried putting all the wet ingredients and then the dry per another video-WHAT A MESS! Your video is much more detailed and my brownies came out just wonderfully. I did find this as far as temperature/length of baking time and found it helpful: How long to bake brownies in Pampered Chef Brownie Pan? **For fudgy brownies:** Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and bake the brownies for approximately 20-25 minutes. **For cakey brownies:** Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the brownies for approximately 22-27 minutes.

I have the mini brownie pan. I've honestly given up on it after using it multiple times, and I'm ready to trash it. I've tried different mixes, both box and from scratch, I've tried greasing the pan and not greasing the pan, taking them out hot or cooled, and not once have I been able to get my brownies out without prying them out with a fork at which point they just get destroyed. I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong and why this keeps happening, but I'm tired of having ruined brownies, so I likely won't be using it again.

@@amie9416 no worries. In the video you commented on I'm cooking Brownies in a Samsung oven. If you're referring to the Pampered Chef Deluxe Air Fryer, this brownie pan or other 13x9 cake pans will not fit in it.
@@AshleyH1188 325 Degrees starting with 20 Minutes (for regular size brownies) then check them adding a minute or two at a time as needed. For this video, the Regular Brownies did take 24 minutes but still recommend starting with 20 because not every oven cooks exactly the same. Hope that helps, brownies do sound good right about now
