Are you playing the kick on 1 and 3 and hats 2 and 4 right? Cool ideas.

Can you elaborate on when you add your kick to the doubles around 2:20 to 2:34 , b

When you make the doubles less “choppy” what are you doing with the phrasing? Sounds not like a straight 16th triplet. Sounds lazier.
