Bruce Hornsby’s Empire State Plaza concert has been cancelled. The singer was supposed to perform in Albany as part of the big Fourth of July fireworks celebration, with his band, The Noisemakers. However, he is dealing with some vocal issues right now, according to his Facebook page.
