Yes, there are some great songs on all of the '80s albums. The problem is that the bad ones are SO bad, they're worse than "filler." It's like "I'd have rather the album been shorter."
Great tune, and THIS is what the fans what to hear - rare stuff not done into the ground (even on the last few Kruises) and with a lead guitarist who can actually play the song and the solo correctly and a singer who can actually sing. Respect to the Kulick brothers, they owned KISS on their own Kruise.
Bruce nails the solo like it's the goddam CD. This is by far the best live version I have ever heard of this song (and there aren't many of them out there).
Bryant Carter he hands down was the best guitarist to ever be in that band. No disrespect to anyone but he made that band so much better than they already were and the non makeup era will always be my favorite.
Ace is my favorite KISS guitarist, but Bruce was the best....A true professional. This is SO much better than the current incarnation of KISS. Paul WAS one of the best rock vocalists ever, but he just can't pull it off anymore. No fault of his own...age is a bitch.
I remember someone asked Paul on KISS Kruise IV to play "Who wants to be lonely" and Paul replied "Me not"! - well finally an awesome live performance from Bob, Bruce & Co - bring this show out on the road and also show up in Europe!
Bruce, I in saw you at the Trocadero in Philadelphia with KISS in 1992. You gave me the thumbs-up sign right before you started playing "Unholy". I'll never forget that. You are easily the best guitarist that KISS has ever worked with (aside from your brother Bob, of course!).
Wow...that was a fantastic performance. This is easily one of the best KISS songs of the non-makeup era. Very underrated tune. Some of my other favorite songs from the KISS Unmasked Era: 1.) A Million to One (Like It Up); 2.) Thrills in the Night (Animalize); 3.) Tears are Falling (Asylum); 4.) My Way (Crazy Nights); 5.) You Make Me Rock (Smashes, Thrashes and Hits); 6.) Rise to It (Hot in the Shade); 7.) I Just Wanna (Revenge). It's ashame Paul can't perform these songs live anymore. He did perform "A Million to One" on his "Live to Win" Tour, but that was nearly 13 years ago.
KISS should add this back to the regular concert setlist. Whether Paul can sing it like he used to doesn't matter. It's a great catchy tune and sounds great live!
These guys rocked this one.Bruce has always been my favorite Kiss guitarist his solos on Asylum and Revenge were phenomenal. He is just an all around badass guitarist and a hell of a nice guy.
I can't get over how much I love this version. I can't listen to the overproduced asylum anymore but this I can listen to all day and all night. Props to the audience for the bridge. They were actually in key!
Bruce is such a cool dude. He knows my nephew is a drummer and a mega KISS fan and he made sure to let my brother know for his kid that he just got some axe heaven mini guitars in on his store and they are in short supply. My nephew loves the axe heaven mini guitars. My brother's card was acting up yesterday so I just bought it on my card with the autograph, to make sure he gets one. My nephew is going to be so hyped! Thank you Bruce! For the heads up. The kid is going to love it!
Bruce.....you are still incredible!!! Love hearing it. I doubt you remember eating dinner with me in cali at a namm jam event. I worked for Prs. Warren Porter. AEWSOME memory!!! Thank you!!!
Dude. This song fucking SMACKS! so underrated. Love from Next Halen here. Keep rockin Bruce \m/_ and we all miss your brother man . This footage is awesome. I wish I could have been there. Soo badass!
You know, nothing will ever top the nostalgia of the OG lineup, but the 80’s song kick ass in a whole other way than the early songs! The lyrics are just so much better, and the sound is more smooth.
It is not fair to oppose Paul. Paul made all the great songs for all of us and destroyed our voice for all of us. However, this is a very good production. The singer is amazing (who is it ???) and the Kulick brothers are great and we all know each other well. Great!
YES! Horizontally, never vertically. I don't know why phone makers haven't removed the option to record vertically; it's fine for photos but NOT video.
It all started with the VINES, and once they started doing it. Everyone started holding their phones like that, to do videos, as they THOUGHT that was the right way to do it.
Props to you guys this is awesome ...Bruce is the best ….These songs are so cool ...Good to hear them again ….but have to remember Eric Carr when I hear these songs ...RIP Sweet little fox
