When I went there, there was no railing at all. Looks like it's easier to spot their gravsite now. I prefer it without the walkup ramp, maybe a just a fence surrounding the graves. A man from England was there ahead of me leaving a handwritten letter to his idol...I told him to take his time. I strolled in via Uber so my driver knew where to go and waited for me while I paid my respects...another couple came to visit immediately while I was there. Bruce and Brandon's graves are highly frequented. I think it's in the top 10 for most frequented gravesites. I grew up watching Bruce Lee in the 70s. I am half asian and caucasian. My dad was from the Philippines and my mom American Polish so I could totally relate to Bruce Lee. It was rare to be of mixed race back then. He was a cool, bada$$ fighter.
You're so right in saying Bruce Lee is "somebody that you all know". Ask any kids today and they may not know who the Beatles were or who Elvis was, but chances are they've watched Bruce Lee's movies or at least heard about him. True legends like Bruce Lee may come around once every hundred years, if at all, but I doubt there'll ever be anyone as influential as he.

Sorry to correct you sir, this is Lakeview cemetery where Bruce Lee was buried and brandon. I cleaned the grave for 5 years while working for Taky -Andy Kimura at their shoprite grocery store while training with them Bruce Lee's student and ran his school in Seattle

My last visit here, the site was littered with refuge like people had some kind of picnic or something. Its a clear visual from the gate entrance following the path up and around to two great green bushes that are no longer there. The surrounding stones are dated in the twenties so did they cover them over ( illegal) with that walkway or what? That walkway is going to be a sight line nightmare for crowds. They should have left this alone. Im glad Taky is not here to see this modernized desecration.

Building a platform for The Lees was great idea 💡 for the Cemetery & the other surviving family members ( Linda & Shannon, Bruce's wife & Brandon's mother...Bruce's daughter & Brandon's sister) . Years ago, some kids vandalize Bruce's grave & I imagine the graves are a tourist sight for Seattle . It would be the #1 reason I would visit there

The doctor actually killed Bruce that’s what I think cuz Bruce was still alive when they called a doctor so they called the doctor and he was ment to bring lee to a hospital 5 minutes away but he didn’t want his other people to get sick so he brung lee to queen Elizabeth hospital which was 25 minutes away! So Bruce was not even alive when he got there to the hospital so yeah and also Betty ting pei caused the headache to Bruce cuz she gave lee a pill and it made the headache worse when he was taking a nap so yeah that’s how he died btw sorry if this was really long
