Bruce Lee is one of the most well known names in martial arts, even decades after his death. Bruce Lee created his own version of martial arts called Jeet Kune Do. The way of the intercepting fist" in Cantonese, abbreviated JKD. It's a hybrid philosophy of martial arts heavily influenced by the personal philosophy and experiences of Bruce Lee.

"can you break 5 or 4 wood with your hand or foot" the fact bruce said he'll break his hand or foot first shows his self awareness and that he's not selling fake crap. 4 or 5 REAL wooden board about 1inch thick with no gimmicks, most people will break their hands first. very few people have the bone density to do such a feat even with conditioning.

Such a phenomenal teacher. At the time martial arts were barely understood by the American public. Being an expert (as well as a martial artist) he is able to calmly mind the lack of knowledge towards his most meaningful practice and philosophy, and patiently explain exactly what it means to him so well.
