Mr. Shih Kien (Han from Enter the Dragon) lived through his 90's, where he's explaining here that Bruce was more or less like a non-stop worker and saw acting as a side-gig, while his upbringing of hard work and daily training was his bread and butter. Shih's interview here implied that Lee never rested enough & likely burned out too soon.
@@rlouie05 Bruces training style was rough even a non trained person could see it. IT wasn't the training that really killed him but not relaxing i do believe had a hand in the headaches and a few athletic related injuries he experienced along the way.It still made him the best.
RIP to Respectedm Honerable only the Great Master Late. Bruce Lee as well to Bandon Less too, we remember and miss you a lot. Sanjey & Sujata from mumbai, india 💐💐💐🌹🙏🙏🙏
Ma'am it's really wonderful that we all love and respect the master even he lives in our heart today he and his son Brandon Lee. May Allah make them happy forever in Jannah (Paradise).
R.I.P Great Bruce Lee, I watched his films when I was little, my brother and I always physically fought eachother and sometimes trying to use moves from his movies, he died too early :( this is so sad, would've loved to see him in IP Man.
This still gets me. First movie i ever seen was enter the dragon then return of the dragon(i always thought it was part two) Chinese connection Fists of fury Game of death My dad introduced the whole family to Bruce Lee movies and we all been in love with him and his movies ever since. One day as a kid i seen the documentary of his passing. I was sad, still am. 😫😭 But I haven't stopped watching his movies and clips and BTS of him. Me and family all still call him The Master, because that's what he will always and forever be. R.I.P. Bruce Lee Its 2020 and we still love you! He still lives in our heart forever. The only man in the world showed the meaning of true martial arts and bringing people to live healthy and peacefully. Kung-fu means peace
When I was in kindergarten in 1993 and found out that my idol was dead, I was furious with the whole world, and when I found out that in 1994 Brandon died, I cried in the attic all day ehh momoris
Good, bad or indifferent, the man was an undeniable inspiration to probably millions. Having been a martial artist for dozens of years and also having been in the US Air Force, one thing the government would lecture us on when dealing with contractors which we would give millions and billions of dollars in contracts to, was that besides being on the straight and narrow, we must avoid the appearance of impropriety. Whether any of the rumors are true or no, is not too important to me because nobody is perfect. But his judgement was a bit off. I add that last week, during this corona virus madness I just ordered and received a copy of his Tao of Jeet Kune Do
Hail the king of martial arts long will live Forever in the hearts of every wing Chun fighter, boxer, wrestler, kyokushin fighter, military soldier. We miss you Bruce.
In July 1973, the world mourned the death of Bruce Lee. The martial arts master and creator of Jeet Kune Do and soon-to-be Hollywood legend was only 32. He left behind a wife, two children, and an influence that continued to expand around the globe. Lee had a massive following in Asia at the time of his death, but he also built a life in America with his wife, Linda, that included a circle of celebrity friends. One of those friends was Steve McQueen. Bruce Lee’s funeral service in Hong Kong attracted more than 15,000 mourners. Hundreds of police formed a human chain to hold back the crowds. As the hearse containing his body departed, “Bruce’s fans went wild with grief, “Old men wept, young girls fainted, and many people were hospitalized for shock and minor injuries.” At the time of his death in 1973, Lee was the most popular actor - arguably the most popular person - in Asia. He was 32 years old, handsome, charismatic and a martial-arts expert whose movies “Fist of Fury,” “Way of the Dragon” and “Enter the Dragon” were international hits. But in the U.S., “Enter the Dragon” hadn’t been released and Lee was best known as Kato on “The Green Hornet,” a TV series that was canceled after one season. His widow, Linda Lee, chose to have her husband buried in Seattle, her hometown and the place where she first saw Lee when he gave a lecture on Chinese philosophy at Garfield High School. Many people dedicate their lives to actualizing a concept of what they should be like, rather than actualizing themselves. This difference between self-actualization and self-image actualization is very important. Most people live only for their image. The legend died very early. It is so painful today also. If he would have been alive today , imagine how much of stardom he would have received which noone couldn't have think of.
Golden Harvest Raymond Chow managed the HK funeral and Linda Lee departure merely days after his Bruce death. Bruce died on a Friday night, just Seven Days later on the following Friday, Linda with children and Bruce body had been on a jet heading for San F and Seattle. It was meant to lessen the huge blow suffered by his family.
