Good god, this man has some insane core strength. Inspiration man, its so fascinating that he looks like this lean average build guy but still so much strongers vs the big bulky gym bros who cant do half the things this guy can, not even going to bring Bruce Lee into the discussion because that man is a legend and comparing him to anyone is just not ok.
As someone who went through this training and know people who also did that I would like to share some knowledge. Don’t bend your fingers like the guy on the video. They will become like rubber and you won’t build much muscles on them. You have to keep them strong like when you are pointing to someone. It’s like 5 times harder but the outcome is unmatchable.
im not saying what your doing isnt impressive at all but your form for number 5 is much higher than bruces and with a more centered gravity its easier, extend legs more. Also for 6 bruce does it on the ground without grip so its harder than just on a bar.
