The reason is pakistan developed tactical nuclear weapons which has low yield. While India developed conventional nuclear weapons which has higher yield. Eg. In 100 Kg of uranium India makes 10 nukes of 10 kg each while pakistan makes 20 nukes of 5 kg each. The tactical nuclear weapons have low impact or damage because they have less yield compared to conventional nuclear weapons.
A nuclear weapon is a nuclear weapon, doesn't matter if low or high yield. Both will be devastating to the people and areas they impact, just that the scale moves from worst to apocalyptic

Nice point. First Pakistan thought if they will become nuclear power, they will become important on global platform which happened for few decade but we can see current situation. Second they think India doesn’t retaliate so these methods works but India knows that with retaliation you can solve this problem for short -term in fact India too can suffer casualties on its side. But crushing whole nation economically would be a better choice to break spine of Pakistani army since their army is fully integrated in politics. Now India has done that too, with India’s constant efforts at global platform, Pakistan went into grey list of FATF, India extended its diplomatic relations even with countries who have friendly relations with Pakistan and offered a better friend in herself than Pakistan. Things takes times to come on right track.

This guy is not entirely correct. What he failed to mention was that it was the US (CIA) that started the terror campaign and movement to defeat the USSR in Afghanistan. Their plan worked but they didn’t see the long term vision of its consequences. The US openly funds the Pakistani military and allows them to engage in this type of activities because it might serve them in the future in 1 way or another… he also conveniently skipped the part that when the US withdrew from Afghanistan, since that was pre-agreed with the Taliban in advance in Qatar meetings, (they openly negotiated with the Taliban and it was all over the news, not hard to find on google) they shipped off some of their own military gear from Afghanistan to Pakistan prior to leaving. So this gentleman is extremely angry/anti-Pakistan (I am not a Pakistani) but just seeing what he’s saying is 90% incorrect. The 10% correct part is that the 4 names he said (didn’t remember them to type individually) are all on Pakistani soil as their history tells us that this is the safest place for them to hide under army protection. As far as India is concerned, India is actually a large and powerful country, however, their current PM, Mr. Modi would be more successful if he treats the country with love and equality. He seems to be favouring his own cast/state (which ever state he is from from) more favourably than thoes of other Indian corners. He treats the Muslims and Punjabis extremely differently and the public follows his lead, which is not a very good sign for a country that bills itself as “The largest democracy in the world” by population. But the best idea for both India and Pakistan is to come in the table, work out their differences without ego and movie dialogues. While India is more powerful militarily by population, both countries are nuke nations so being on friendly terms is a better option, plus, they are the same people who speak the same language (for the most part) and have only been divided due to British doing British things and separating them. Since it's independence,India never talked about capturing pok. Kindly mention a single event when we tried to capture pok. In fact it's pak which is crying and begging for kashmir since past 70 years. U guys declared wars against India and lost all of them and why I m saying so is bcoz the Kashmir is still under India's control as simple as that.
