ONE OF THE BEST VALOR WAR MOVIES EVER MADE, you cant get this no better with the cast and supporting cast ever, each guy played his part brilliantly, what you are watching I believe played out in real life, Red set the stage for the entire fight, and kept with his convictions they out the fight, he was gonna die trying and that they did once Red said what he said to them, they were 1000% behind what Red had said, you got to have a Red in every bunch of soldiers

Yea, pretty much the two movies you mentioned are all that comes to mind as well for seeing a M-14 in action. In “Full Metal Jacket” everyone had a 14 in Basic, but once they arrived in ‘Nam, they had the 16’s. Whiskey Tango Foxtrot! Still makes me drop tears every time I watch this scene. One of the best war movies. You can see that Bruce Willis' character and others are ready to sacrifice their lives when the jets are ready to drop the bombs. Because the target zone is close to them, the bombs might also kill all of them.

Even tho this is total hollywood i can confirm once you are under fire like this total training kicks in. You dont have time to think untill those rare moments where you think 'Why am i Here?' Or when you notice the enemy is scared of you and you get that adrenaline rush Tom dominate and kill them again shortly followed again by 'WTF am in doing here?' This scene captured some of that at least.

I love the fact that they used everything they had in their arsenal, LAW, claymore, multiple grenade throw, most of the time in movie they go down with lots of firepower still unused.
