Deceptively small army including monks, split attacking forces (towards the town center at the bottom), local reinforcements with counter units (camels), inactive elephants during main attack wave that neither attack nor tank attacks, overcommitment at the end - I think the attacker can learn more from this, than the defender...
@@Hai43561 Sure I can, but that doesn't exempt me from stating what I see in the video. I think the defense was great, but the attack was sloppier than we are used to see from Liereyy. This is not about my ego vs. his ego, it is about analysis of the gameplay.
I think there is no denying Liereyy is great player, but that should not stop us from analysing his play, especially since defending army looked indeed deceptively small, great analysis in my opinion, dont be toxic guys.
He had all the right counters for all the units pushing. Amazing. Some skirms for crossbows Some knights for mangonel Camels for knights Monks for elephants Great defence
Man, You are talking about liereyy, arguably the top 2 player in age of empires, I think it's more an exceptionally well played game on bruh's account rather that a missplay for lierey
@@ewok007 i do not know him but in each game only one person will win and best players may still make some mistakes. It is obvious he could not use archers and mangonels well.
@@creweune7059 I kinda have to agree with Fernando here, you are talking about Lierey, the best agressive player out there. This was a quite well orchestrated attack. And superb defence.
@@yohanbeck8172 then can you tell me please what are the mangonel and archers doing? If you have full cavarly army you need to protect them because using only one class in an army can be countered easily. archers are good options against camels.
@@creweune7059 I thought the same, but remember we had vision of everything whilst in-game the players has fog of war. I believe the xbows were guarding the mangonels from a potential flanking on the left - which never came but could have. The xbows were also precisely placed outside of bruhs TC range - and yet close enough to deal some damage from where they were. I think it was a very conscious decision.
