I followed the recipe of sanjyot keer to make dal bati
of course next time I would like to try making my own dal insteadknof this one. not that it did not turn good but I think I need more chatpata dal for me
please note that in my video while kneading the dough I forgot adding baking soda to the batter. which I have shown later in the video.
show in case you are taking three cups of wheat flour add one fourth tsp baking soda while kneading the dough
I have tried to reduce the amount of desi ghee which otherwise is used almost double
