I don't get why people are looking at Newcastle players. They're literally a counterattacking team. Howe's built a team of limited pace and power players. If Howe tried playing possession-based football with the likes of Anthony Flash Gordon James and Isek they could get destroyed. That's why they've been inconsistent because, against deep lines and low-blocks, their players are irrelevant. ETH is definitely not INEOS’ guy. If they don’t sack him this summer, it’s probably cos of the amount they’d need to give him and his staff as severance. Knowing how much they’d need to spend on the squad plus infrastructure, they probably keep him next season. If next season is not wayyy better than this, they sack him then regardless of the cost.
