Personally I think the release clause is a misnoma, as if a club offers him double the money, he would have to consider it, and should Newcastle not accept the offer, the player will be aggreived. Bear in mind also, it isn't just up to Bruno, he has agents, media teams, commercdial teams who will all have a say as well. Not to mention his mrs.

Joelinton will be injury prone again, he refuses to loose muscle mass which is causing his injuries, any player who bulks up has the same problem, Ramos, Adama Traore, Calvert Lewin etc etc.
Lee I don’t think they can because it’s on this years FFP the new year starts in July and Newcastle won’t let them do that and if Bruno goes and city get done for the 115 charges City would be in the championship
let's say hyperthetical man city or anyone does activate it and bruno dosent want to leave do you think he has the conversation with the club and say do you need me to leave for likes of psr ffp and the club say no do you think players have those type of conversations wen players have a realease clause and don't want to leave especially if they have the relationship like bruno does with the board and fanbase
It depends if there is a tempting offer. Ideally, he should only be leaving if say a Real Madrid came in for him. But finishing seventh has left us a little vulnerable.

Possibly but why would he go to City if they are relegated by the PL. Noone else can afford him except PSG and Real Madrid. That wouldn't hurt as much.
