Is it Georges Simondon or Gilbert Simondon? Eventually, it does not really matter... The "Inquiry into Modes of Existence" was the big philosophical project of the late Latour -- before changing his own mode of existence and becoming a puppet :-) But what is a "mode of existence," actually? a regime of enunciation? or a way of life? Bruno has some clues.

who exists? what exits? where is existence? when does existence happen? why does existence exist? how does existence exist? should existence exist? does existence exist? what systems of existence exist? what does existence look like? what does it smell like? how long is existence? how wide and tall? is existence large or is it small? does existence hang in the air? like a kite on a string? is existence a song? does it sound like a ring? does existence have a wife and live in a house? does it have dreams, aspirations and doubts? either way, I’m tired. I need a nap. wake me up when some writer figures out all this crap.

I give you my opinion. - who exists? That which interacts with something. - what exits? That which interacts with something else. - where is existence? In the space - when does existence happen? At the time of interaction. - why does existence exist? It is not true that there is an answer to all the "Why". "Why" is valid to determine causality for practical purposes in a chaotic reality and is only useful in a survival context. - how does existence exist? Existence does not exist as an ontological entity. It exists as a conceptual construct in a neural system through electrochemical processes. - should existence exist? Yeah. In the neural systems that contain that concept. - does existence exist? The existing is something interacting with something else. Interaction exists as a concept but the action "interaction" is not a real existence. It is what we call a circumstance between entities. - what systems of existence exist? There is only one type of entity. Those that interact with something else. - what does existence look like? what does it smell like? Irrelevant. - how long is existence? For reality elements, probably an eternity. For certain orders of elements, only a moment, until that order changes. Everything is constantly changing. - how wide and tall? Irrelevant. - is existence large or is it small? Irrelevant. - does existence hang in the air? like a kite on a string? Irrelevant. - is existence a song? does it sound like a ring? Irrelevant. - Does existence have a wife and live in a house? Irrelevant. -Does it have dreams, aspirations and doubts? Irrelevant.

the concept is actually from Peguy, Souriau AND Simondon. Latour mentioned at one point that all these references are so confused because of course there is no explanation for how exaclty he was influenced and not even he himself can fully explain his own philosophy and its emergence

I have have not read the french posmodernists and I don't care to read them, but your channel seems pretty good... Pray for me people, so that I can watch these videos and resist the tentation!
