One of his friends in the video is dressed like LL Cool J (white suit, black hat, no shirt) and one is like (I think) Run DMC. The guy in the brown/black/white shirt reminds me of someone, I just can't think who. If you get a chance to watch the Saturday Night Live episode Bruno was on - it is amazing! He was also the musical guest and he is really funny too - acts, dances and sings!

yeah Mark Ronson is like Timbaland, makes the beats/produces. also Bruno Mars has fully admitted that MJ was a huge inspiration for him musically. you can definitely see it in most of his music videos, particularly the upbeat ones. this song will always be a straight bop lol

mark ronson also produced perfect illusion with lady gaga. there's a demo with his vocals floating around somewhere, if i'm not mistaken. also since sam tsui's cover of this song (which is real fun) i can't help but associate it with meghan trainor's 'hips are movin' since sam sang it as a mashup between the two lol

I was walking the dog this fall when a car came up behind me, the passenger gave me a hearty "WHOO!" Sexist or insulting or whatever the problem is, it totally made my day. May've ruined the day of the Whoo-er...noticing when he came around to the front that I'm older (60). Poor guy probably had the willies all day. I thought maybe he was complimenting my dog, who (as you can see) is gorgeous, but with that tone of "Whoo"....I reeeeeally hope not.
