Brushless Esc beeping how to fix it

Thank bro. The settings on my transmitter are different for 1 way esc and 2 way esc

I just bought my first RC, I turned all the steering and acceleration to low since its my first time and whenever i accelerate the motor makes a high pitch annoying beeping sound and the receiver with the antenna has a blue light that keeps flashing. Is this normal? Im guessing no. Im going to try turning up the settings when i get back home and hope it solves the problem. At this point Im just trying to decide if i need to return it or not.
