R/C is not allowed at this Mountain Bike park...but here's some footage from my private session. I ran pack after pack of my stock BL Mini E Revo...and was able to capture a glimpse of how much fun it was!
Nice drop in from the ledge! :O) I enjoy how the vids let me share some of the fun even though I'm not there. Thanks for sharing this vid, it's a lot of fun.
This is in Cleveland and I go there allot! There is now one in Wisconsin but this one is the original! They only went to a few parts of the park and the whole park is HUGE and the best you'll ever see! Look up more vids on it! Nice driving too! Where is the dog now? Haven't seen him in a while..
awsome driving! e-revo one fast mutha fricken r/c car! two batteries and not changing the pinion gear and it goes 80!!! crazy good and highly recommended
@g0w24life Best way to go is to pick up the Traxxas parallel wire harness (not the series one). This will allow you to install two batteries, and essentially combine their capacity for super long run times.
@43shadows stock springs, but I think I'm using 60 wt oil. landing flat on plywood and concrete, it lands 'hard' plenty of times (outtake section), but survived fine
If I did that with my RC's, my adrenaline would be outta sight. Even more so if I had my Ipod on, listenin' to my intense music. Way to enjoy the hobby man!
Dude!! Awesome aerial control, even if it was choice clips, they were choice for a reason! I'm debating on getting either a Mini E-Revo, or an E-Maxx, any experience with the Maxx?
@madisonvillehobbies stock Traxxas pack. While a large capacity battery would be good, more power would not be a good thing. I'm using very little throttle to avoid over jumping flat to concrete.
@alexbin117 park is closed during the summer months for remodeling and expansion. I agree, it would be fun, but not good for any public traffic with stuff all over the place.
I've been to rays, best place on earth. And my vxl revo should be here any day now, so pumped! Cant wait to hit the local skate park and piss off the skaters. Haha
Your 1 16 e revo vxl is bottoming out. meaning that the chassis is hitting the floor. you should get new shock oil and springs. also get metal skid plates if your keep on doing jumps on your truck. just a tip. ;)
i hink the both dit the best on the park the 1/16 is a littel bit easyer to handel but its smaller and the e-revo 1/10 is just a monster :D thumb it up!
@benchmade556 depending on your overall skill, this could be an ideal first vehicle. It performs in a very wide variety of terrain, but it's also very fast..possibly too fast if your an aggressive beginner.
@jjuussttiinn120 On any RTR, at the very least, I check the torque of the wheel nuts and the motor screws, plus the pinion/spur mesh. From there, grip it and rip it!
1. Watch the video until the end :) 2. Yes, Full size E Revo is also extremely durable in my opinion. 3. Total personal preference, won't go wrong with either of them.
@Guingia91 infact I said that, "Revo" works better in race tracks and "Savage" in skate park... I think is not important what is the model where you can work better on
