If you ever visit Belgium, you should also check out Antwerp and Bruges. And its relatively easy to go to Amsterdam, Antwerp, Paris and London by train.

Many people I know find this city dirty and not safe... I don't understand them. I love this city ! I've been there only once.., I like the energy of a REAL city like Brussels
I'm from Boston, USA, which is a beautiful city in its own right, but obviously does not have much of the extremely old architecture as what I'm seeing in Brussels. But what I noticed that is similar is that like Boston, Brussels has managed to locate tall, modern skyscrapers right next to their older buildings (in Boston, the older buildings are called "colonial structures"). The video and musical score is well done, and now I'll plan to visit there. Any other cities there you'd recommend?
