I'm guessing this was a test to check out traffic flow efficiency with the old one vs the new interchange/junction they put in there, because I know you guys at TMP can change the map "at will" per say. I had a guy say to me the other day that ya'll should make the Calais to Duisburg road 4 lanes...whether or not that would actually solve any traffic issues I have no idea because we can still create induced demand in a simulator/game, lol. The better and more sensible option would be providing 1 alternate route for people to take see how that redistributes traffic flow. Oh and love your videos btw. I like seeing the moderation side of TruckersMP.

Hey nickb, thanks a lot for taking a part of your time to write this comment! Indeed there wasn't any changelog update regarding this change, so as you said it can be a test. I don't believe it was mistake, since today the road was still the same, but a fact is that it congested much more the road :O Now it's trying to have a mix of traffic, but fun to everyone without waiting several hours ^^

There is an alternate route. There's a highway running pretty much alongside the road lmao, people just pick this road everytime on purpose

@@DaGamer If the C-D is really full, I take the highway, but sadly it's blocked up at the new intersection.

It's not redesigned. It's been like this since day 1. The one they made was much more efficient.

@@michel.galvao In the steam beta, you can downgrade to older versions. You'll just have to start a new save. It's like 1/15th scaling for the outdated map and like 1/6th for the new map. You can see the outdated map in the following countries: Hungary, Czech Republic, Poland, UK, Netherlands, Belgium, Norway, Finland, & Denmark.

Hey Tuna, Cool video, you can deactivate the fake shadows via Tab/Graphics and then the graphics bugs are gone Regards, Maxi.

Hey maxi! No one inside of the team was able to tell me how to fix that, and you fixed it, wow! Really thanks! I have already pinned a comment on this video, but in the next one feel free to write it there and I will fix your message for any other player that is having the same issue. I will never understand why some people choose the Calais - Duisburg route but just want to drive fast and overtake everyone. I ride this route because I love being stuck in traffic :)

I've started watching you and Chocows's clips, nice to see the admins at work - not enough credit given. The reverting of the Brussels Junction made my evening awful, nearly 90 minutes for one job all while being beeped at - not fun. I do hope it was a test as the priority for joining traffic...really...it's not even 1st April XD

Hello! Thanks for your comment! Chocoww has been producing great content as well and it's always nice to see other moderators providing their view to the public! About this junction, well, might be a test since nothing was written in the changelog. If it was a mistake probably would have been already fixed today! But yes, chaotic traffic. I was recording one video of driving from Duisburg to Calais and... I had to stop at the first park of Duisburg because the traffic simply wasn't moving and it would take for sure hours to do that route. Hours later I have done the opposite from Calais to Duisburg and it was much better :)

Yes, tab settings, then graphics and disable Fake Shadows. I already fixed on my game, but few next videos will still show texture issues as I have recorded in advance

I like those events that bring community to different zones, that one was great. Not sure if you remember of 1.40 I think that had an event made by SCS to finish a highway bridge in Italy?

SCS better be overhauling BeNeLux next. Or, TMP Devs better be coming up with a new solution. This intersection was hell back in the day. Absolutely zero reason to revert it.

I was just on and was wondering why this junction was back. I thought it was some kind of bug and I was about to go flying into someone who had the big junction. Also it's fun seeing the kids who never play singleplayer in the comments here.

As you know and as you said, this junction is from SCS default base map ! Despite many started right away at online and never went in singleplayer there :O

The videos of the other moderators are all calm, one or another random ban, the ones from Tuma are like meeting a daily bank quota and why is it that only yours gets that traffic density?

Luckly or not, I get a lot into congested zones in the peak hours with several players overtaking inappropriately and doing that for us moderators will lead to more appeals, extra time uploading evidences and so on. There are staffs that prefer to avoid those areas or do their work when there are less players.

The highway has always players, I mean, in the base area that does not requires DLC you will see players, but kind empty. People life traffic and here they are! In real life I hate it ^^

Open Tab, select Graphics and disable Fake Shadows. It will fix such issue until a bug fix is released.

My recommendation to avoid CB abuse from other players, select a number from 2 to 18. Channels 1 and 19 are a trouble

The route as it is right now, only has a modification of TruckersMP in one gas station, all the rest is the default one from SCS. Let's see if TruckersMP will bring back their version for this Brussels junction or not :)
