Awesome ride and Donkeys too! My friends and I always make it a point to stop and take pics of donkeys and put them on our group thread. We even have one donkey that gets excited when we come by because we started bringing him treats; apple slices and carrots, because he comes when we call him.

If you travel just a little bit more towards the north-north east you get to a valley, Valtellina, where you can ride all the historical cycling climbs like Passo Stelvio, Gavia, Mortirolo and more.

OK, brutal in places, but you love hills and as you say that ride had everything. You looked like you have a blast. Well done.

Another nice video, Katie! Which pedals/shoes are you using now? I seem to recall that in one of your videos, one of the pros you consulted said that you should change to road pedals to get more power. I assume that, at that stage, you were using SPDs. Is that right? If so, did you change or at least try the Look-type set-up? Also, what were/are your impressions and which do you use now? It's just that, after using the Look system (road) for many years now, I am thinking of getting into some touring and SPDs will be more helpful when walking around but will I lose much power if I change to them? (I don't have much power to lose!)

Hi Katie, loving the videos and have watched most of them. Did you know the White background at the end has some marks on it. Can't really see it on a small device but on the TV they stand out. Thought it was marks on our screen for a while before I tried to clean them! Just thought you might like to know. Keep up the good work.
