@@christx3326 I grew up in wills point about 40 miles East of Dallas. Never knew any hammers though unfortunately, I was into crust at the time, not for the politics but because it was the only extreme music I knew at the time and what some of my aquatintences got me into. It wasn’t until the late 90’s we got a computer and I found out about any rac from Napster, I was hooked.

Back in the day me and my mates would travel from the North of England to the South every other month just to watch Skrewdriver, Brutal Attack and the like. The strong survive!! I came across Skrewdriver a few years ago, and then later Ken's stuff, and I've wondered about their relationship. Ken has a bunch of songs about ISD but were they really that close? How big was Brutal Attack in those days in comparison to Skrewdriver? It's cool to see an older guy here who was actually in the scene back in those days. Hail victory from America.
@@midast1590 they were best mates ,and i guess the truth is skrewdriver had better songs than brutal attack , voice of britain, sick society, smash the ira ,white power,etc although personally i think the return of st.george is better than all of those ,
@@alanjax7685 I agree, I think Skrewdriver was a better band overall. But i prefer Ken's singing voice over ISD. I really like his ISD tribute song "Cold North Wind". Another english band i really like is No Remorse.
@@midast1590 Yes, they were real close. Ken has alot if tribute songs. "I Remember", "Ride on" and the newest "Cold north wind" from there 40 years anniversery Album. And im damn sure I forgot to mention some songs😂🤷🏼♂️
I heard about this band for the first time approx. 1 month ago & It's a shame that I haven't heard of it before!! Absolutely insanely good music to play..
He is one guy that can actually go up there with a microphone and you just play some chords and he'll spit out the lyrics that's how damn good he is and I mean it everybody out there that knows Ken McCullen they know that he is written over hundreds of some of the best way power nationalist music out there besides Ian Stewart he's got so many CDs I want to say I got at least 20 of them I know I'm short about 20 but the only person I know Ian Stewart would be very proud of everything that ken Mcellan is done. As a musician myself I'm one that always grabs an acoustic and I'll sit out here and Jim all of his ballads and like we all know he's got hundreds of them anyways I'll see you in Valhalla brother keep up the good work ken I got to tell you though the tattoos on the face I don't know what made you do that everybody has their own thing I have a surprise you did that but it's cool it is what it is man we all believe in the same thing in our hearts and we will have our day all I see in the distance as an ocean of warriors.
I agree! What is sad is men today , not all sing about 14. But yet don’t take care of their own children. I am speaking as I have a daughter no I’m not going to mention his name why I’ve raised her she’s in college. I’ve done it on my own. That’s for him to deal. I’ve done it all by myself with no help whatsoever. So everybody who said they praise certain Bands just remember you don’t know what’s going on behind the scenes.
Agree. Those of us who is around forever my husband who was killed for his beliefs. He served this country for what? So hope you understand where I’m coming from.
@@lyndonreid3521 i’m super tired, but I will answer your question tomorrow. I have respect for a lot of WP bands. And I certainly don’t have respect for others and I actually have a child from one of them who plays in several and my daughters in college right now and he’s actually only seen her the last time when she was one years old so that makes sense.?
