If you get her a permanent residence to live with you elsewhere she might be able to file for divorce in that country. Yes, you might pay a bit more tax in the Philippines than in UAE, but the cost of living is also dramatically lower (except in Makati or BGC) and you will have peace of mind knowing that your wife can't change her mind and divorce you out of the blue.
