Sometime when the doctors are off duty and going home , they do not want to carry it in their hands so they keep it on because its convenient for them, not all doctors wear it for show off and even if its for show off then after working so hard to get an admission in medical college and paying mother load of money they totally deserve it .

when you are taking oath you know the labilities that will come with it. Same as solider who know what he might face in the line of duty . The arrogance our desi Dr have is unparallel. but same Dr will act so humble while doing their specialization in other countries or with the Elites of our Country cz PR or contacts b banani ha . +If you are Dr or related to healthcare profession, you for sure know the toxic culture and politics the face internally and get their frustration out on patients. i agree any one misbehave with them is wrong and should soulf be condemned n there are manyyy Good humble health professionals but majority of them are Qasai .
