I love how universal schadenfreude is among the War Thunder player-base. We all suffer and enjoy watching others suffer, no matter our differences we all suffer and take comfort in that.
I actually quit this game months ago because of all the bullshit and yet I still watch WT videos both to scratch my WT itch and also to remind me why I quit. I’m like an ex smoker who watches other people smoke.
@@g.williams2047 well U know U.S teams have to rely wayy to much on their cas and shock and awe tactics so they can win since U.S ground forces grind and tanks are shit
@@Merkava_APS US tanks are great they just rush to get enough spawn points for their aircraft. Always sad seeing a dude in a jumbo drive side facing towards the enemy towards a cap point.
1:12 German bias: Super strong, stronger than Russian bias, but super rare and also kills the person who got defeated by it. (Zuper rare) Russian bias: Completely normal and strong enough to stop anything .
This video perfectly summarizes why ground realistic battles suck. Planes always ruin the gameplay. The damage system and balance are broken. And on top of that, bad map design and non-existant spawn protection
take wut u can get, all the other tank games are so much worse and I personally like the fact that planes are involved because otherwise i would only ever fight AI ground units which kinda suck and wont react the same way
@@Niconico_t I don't mind if there are planes in ground battles. But it is also not fun when there is a squad of 3-4 P-47's in the enemy team obliterating everything on the ground.
@@cjlab9h245 well its better than the alternative because i can either shoot shoot those down from the ground with machine guns and AA or hop in my own plane with my teammates and take em out but either way its better the rng on my shots on another tank being based off a health bar
@@reinbeers5322 saying that not penetrating Panther's turret frontally from less then 200m with an IS-2's 122mm APHE shell is an aiming issue pretty much sums up how much you actually know on this matter... go act smart/skilled/whatever somewhere else
I think certain medium and all light + open top vehicles struggle a lot. I mean i was killed by 105 shermans Heat in my Crusader lll by hiting machine gun.. and that happened twice Like really. In British 2.3 light tank arty shell landed 5 m besides me and one fragment killed my entire crew Once arty killed me in valentine by hiting tip of the barrel So yeah very balanced
i mean arty is literaly a large calibre HE shell, so most likely you were killed by overpressure no matter where it hits in your tank your crew will feel that and be knocked out
That one fragment isn't all that penned your tank. It's only what the killcam shows. There's actually hundreds of those fragments. The killcam used to show a cone to display shrapnel, then individual traces but they were too heavy on performance so now only one trace is shown.
IS2 turret is 100mm all around the sides/rear + the sloaping. I lesrned this when a 50mm puma came out of nowhere and tried to blast my turrets side in tge 2nd game i ever played with it.
I bounced a panther with my pershing(E5), that is normal right? but the shell went into the roof of the hull and knocked out all the crew. worse is that both of us just noticed each other around the corner and he got the shell off without aiming half a second before I clicked. the turret is able to take KT shells frontally.
I am at the edge of unninstalling this shit game once and for all. This is the real War Thunder experience continuously. Always suffering and impotence.
