Bruvac and Sphinx's Tutelage is quite problematic: the replacement effect replaces 2 with 4, but because of that, the word "both" becomes replaced with the word "all". Therefore, to repeat the milling process, none of the milled cards can be a land.
It's been errata'd to say; "If two nonland cards that share a color were milled this way, repeat this process." I feel like it needs a reprint with the new text for play.
Awesome vid man. I just built a Bruvac deck. id check out having a couple cards like folio of fancies, thoracle, altar of the brood, aminatoucs augery and morror of fate. Can add some fun combos to it!
Starting to build a Bruvac deck, and this one looks so much more fun than most others I’ve seen. Make sure to pick up [[Fractured Sanity]] from MH2 for a new 3 drop “Each opponent mills 14” sorcery.
Do you think this deck is viable without Traumatize and Maddening Cacophony? I built a similar deck and took them out because we didn’t enjoy the surprise win feeling, but I’ve struggled to win without them.
I've won some games with Undead Alchemist You can definitely lean more into control just to slow down your opponents. I'll do an updated version of this deck soon :)
