This is an amazing song. According to him, he was asked to write a song for the movie Robin Hood Prince of Thieves. For whatever reason, they didn't like it and put it at the very end credits but the public went crazy and it's still one of his most popular songs and he can still sing this and all his hits from the 80's perfectly.
Bryan Adams is a solid all around artist, even after finishing up (semi retired) from performing on stage. He is a solid photographer....probably one of the best artists Canada ever produced in my opinion. But am Canadian so we are rather bias about our own..lol
Man…. Before 2000. Yes the performer sounded great live. You couldn’t hide behind a autotune like they do today. There are some very popular artists today if you took that away from them in the studio? Live? They’re not really that good.
I saw him at a concert a couple of years ago, it was his 63rd birthday - we sung happy birthday to him. He still sounds like this, he’s amazing in concert.
Hi Miss Bisscute ( Madalina ) Happy Valentine's Day 💘🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🇺🇲 As always the like button 🔘 has been Illuminated 😁👍👍🤗😎 As For Mr.Adams here are A Couple of suggestions for you !!!😊 1) Cuts like A Knife 🗡️ 2) Summer of 69 With My Warmest Regards & Wishes from the Sunshine State of Florida 🌅☀️🌞🏝️
Excellent choice for the reaction Miss Bisscute, this live performance is fantastic. For future reactions I recommend you the Songs: Heaven from the same concert (live at wemblay 1996) and 18'till I die. and please react to the song: All for love (official video) collaboration of 3 greats: Bryan Adams, Rod Stewart and Sting if you haven't heard it you will love it.
The first time I've heard this song was in the ending credits of Robin Hood: The Prince of Thieves, and ever since then Bryan Adam's "(Everything I Do) I Do It For You" is by far one of my all-time favorite songs. Just a truly beautiful piece🫢
I had a roommate in college back in 1991 - 92 who would play the Robin Hood soundtrack on repeat all day. Kind of got sick of it after a while. But now, when I think back on those days, it's pretty much the theme song for 1991.
@@Elurin There is quite a number of songs I can listen to on repeat, and Linkin' Parks "New divide" from Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen isn't one of them. After watching the Revenge of the Fallen my nephew found the song "New Divide" and repeatedly listened to the song multiple times several times in a row.
You need to react to robinhood prince of thieves where this song was in the movie. One of my favorite Robbin hood movies. Pretty sure when compact cd’s came out this was one of the first 10 cd’s I ever bought in middle school. Others were Aerosmith, Bon Jovi, Metallica, AC/DC Guns N’ Roses.
Just adding onto that, this was the theme song from Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves, Biss. Put it on a poll on your movie channel. You won't be disappointed.
I was first drawn to his music by hearing one of his live albums. To me he sounds far better live than on his studio records. More dynamic edge to his voice. Some of his best on youtube: Most of the best aren't available though ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-g7wgPdn6HZQ.html ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ZvVxyMuw1Ig.html ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-R44m5UrwI8c.html ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-m7xqtLTBrHY.html ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-GdKe2KfGMNE.html ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-s8FU7qca0u4.html
he really is humble , most won't believe but I saw him live at least 3 times in a club for 300 people (in Portugal and just because he always loved it) and he didnt charge customers(was first come first served) or the club, the revenue for the club was whatever customers consumed. Lots of people don't even understand how big Bryan was in early/mid 80's to early 90's.
So, Bryan Adams somehow got into doing songs for movies in the 90s. This was, I think, the first, for the Kevin Costner version of Robin Hood, "Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves". The Robin Hood legend is fascinating and a favorite for me, but that's another story. Then, I can't remember in which order, but there was "Have You Ever Really Loved A Woman", that you've already reacted to, that was from the movie "Don Juan DeMarco", which isn't the classic telling of Don Juan, but something else. Then there is also "All For Love" with Rod Stewart and Sting for that version of Dumas' "The Three Musketeers", that I mentioned a few days ago. It started with this song though, which, and I'm not sure I'm right, and I'm not trying to be a dick, but I think post 80s, his career wasn't really happening as much anymore, and this song was such a huge hit at the time, that it really revived his career. This doesn't have anything to do with anything, but there's also a guy named Ryan Adams that was big in, maybe the 2000s. I kind of missed the boat on him, and I don't know if he's still around, but I just remember that he was a songwriter and singer that was real big at one point, and there was a lot of talk about what a great songwriter he was. I think he may have been out of Austin. The only song of his I really know is "When The Stars Go Blue", and that's only because there was a cover of that song from a live performance of The Coors, who are an Irish Pop/Gaelic band consisting of three sisters and their brother, that Bono of U2 did with them, which was a huge hit when it happened. I think it was like a New Years Eve special on VH1, for whatever year that was, and Bono came on and did two songs with them, and you can easily find video of that if you're interested.
coincidence or not, excellent song and reaction just for Valentine's Day. Thanks Biss. 👍 It's a romantic love song, not so much melancholic, I loved the part about the Biss lighter💓💓💓 like in the old days before the cell phone. For your other channel you should react to the Robin Hood Movie with Kevin Costner, this song is the theme of the movie. and if you like big crowds at concerts please react to INXS live at wemblay 1991 what you need or Sucide Blonde, you will love them.
Bright Angel - I'm sure you got many young men who would do everything for you. Thank you for all the hard work and great music you bring us. Your commentary is always fantastic.
This song had a SIXTEEN WEEK run at Number 1 in the UK in the Summer of 1991 - from July 7th to October 27th - and it still holds the record today for the longest consecutive period at the top of the UK Singles Chart! The summer of 1991 was dominated by this song, and at the box office, by both Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves and Terminator 2. Many people got sick of hearing this song at the time, but not me: I knew it was class, and it was better than most of what was around in the rest of the chart at the time. Great memories! Also great to see this performance at the classic Wembley Stadium (as also seen during Live Aid). The new Wembley might have a bigger capacity and be more up-to-date, but the old Wembley with the twin towers had real atmosphere and character.
I SEEN HIM IN CONCERT IN 1982... BEST SONG.... IT'S ALSO THE THEME TO ROBINHOOD THE 🎥 MOVIE... WITH ( KEVIN COSTNER) LOVE YOUR REACTION.. ❤🎸🌹❤👈🎼🎶🎵🎯🎹🎙🎊🎉
Excellent reaction, excellent choice and version of this song to showcase. I think I'm right in saying this song was written for the movie Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves and when you listen to the lyrics you can tell if is basically what Robin Hood would be saying to his love, Maid Marion. I would say this movie is one to react to but the one that gets put on TV these days isn't the original cut that went out back in the day and there are extra scenes, extra stuff included that is a bit weird and just ruins the movie for me, but it is still worth checking out. It stars Kevin Costner, but also starts Morgan Freeman, Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio, Alan Rickman (be does a great Sheriff of Nottingham), Christian Slater, and Brian Blessed, oh and a cameo by Sean Connery (but I won't tell you any more or if so spoil things). It's a bit of a twist on the Robin Hood myth but well with a look.
I took my wife to a concert, and he started to sing "Heaven " and you could hear every woman in the crowd exhale at the same time, it happened again after the first line of this one. My wife said that was the sound of every man getting lucky tonight.
Wait a minute? You're Romania!!!???? Wow. I've never heard of a Romania roll there "R"'s like you do. I had a Romania Girlfriend in High School as a Student Exchange program and she didn't sound a thing like that. Well God Bless you Hun. Keep up the great work.
I could have sworn you already reacted to this one. I am having so many Mandela Effect moments and deja-vu lately. I dunno what's real anymore. I can't remember if you already did Run To You or not? If not, I look forward to when you can discover that amazing gem. The STUDIO version, of course, please, lol.
Que baita música !!!! ótima escolha , afinal grandes sucessos nunca perdem a validade ao contrário só ficam cada vez melhor néééé....... um bom dia tchau tchau
Hello Lady Bisscute (I don't know if this it's your nickname) I enjoyed this reaction. Specially because I never watched this video before. Even this song it's one of my favorite in 1990s I got to say.... They don't make sing like this anymore
un clasic instant melodia asta si desi o stiu de la inceputul anilor 90 nu sia pierdut din intensitate..aduce o bucata de suflet inapoi celor care au mai pierdut din el pe drum
Robinhood Prince of Thieves 1991, Kevin Costner Allen Rickman Mary Elizabeth Mastrontonio. This song closing credits video. Movie clips beautifully done.
As a child I watched the Disney Robin Hood a lot. When I was a bit older. 10 or something. I watched Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves for the first time ( Even though the movie was some years old at that point ). And this song was part of it. And ever since I cant hear or see one without thinking of the other. To me, its also the only good Robin Hood movie made in modern times at least.
Hi, ong taken from the film robin hood/Kevin costner I saw him live 3 times, a nice mixture of rock and a few popular ballads, rarely, but he still performs today
Ok, let's go: firstly, I must say that you are magnificent as always Bisscute and the look on Bryan Adams' face with the audience's applause is priceless, now talking about the song and your reaction, this song is good, I listened to it with frequency a few years ago and I'm extremely happy to be reacting to it Madalina (Bisscute), if I could recommend a song I would recommend the song Not Gonna Die by the band Skillet, it's a good song and I think you'll like it, anyway, that's it, keep going with the work you are doing and Brazilian greetings to you Madalina! 💚💛💚💛
Love this song. I met the most beautiful and amazing woman 40 years ago at the lowest point of my life. I was broken. She introduced me to Jesus. That was a life changer. God has blessed us abundantly as He made her my wife!!!!!! We are now closer and deeper in love than ever. We so enjoy listening to the 70s & 80s music, especially this song, when we go out crusing in the exotic speed machine I recently bought, simply because I like her. She still looks hotter than the car, and I don't mind that kind of problem! On top of that, we have 7 adult children and our 5 grandchildren. I consider myself to be the most blessed man alive!!!!!
He was the best since air supply and to do power ballads . but he really didn't get the mainstream until t😢 theme for Robin Hood.for you people that really don't know..B.A. was bad ass live.. I feel I've Said enough...true.
