My mom was always on about “the skate park is just filled with stoners” but unfortunately I had an older cousin out of state that ripped at skating in the 90’s. Sponsored doing big stuff and got caught up with drugs then flash forward to early 2000’s when I’m skating and the local park was filled with stoners, highschool dropouts and an alleged pedo old school skater dude. It was hard for my mom and parents to understand until I had some older dudes who were sponsored and good heads on their shoulders and trusted me to ride around with them skating. After that it was all good.
Jeff really might not understand how impactful he's been in skateboarding. There was a time on RU-vid where if you searched for a crazy trick like nollie 540 flip you would either get Jeff or you would get a rick roll. The monthly full parts were insane. I don't think I've ever seen another kid do it as well as Jeff did when he was a kid and putting out full parts every month.
Love the pod and love the questions. Some constructive criticism would be to have better transitions from question to question. Makes it seem more of a conversation rather than throwing questions at the guests out of nowhere. Makes the guests need a second to think and doesn't feel natural. Still love the podcasts tho.

You should actually listen to the bunt dude. They expose a lot of shit that your podcast isn’t even scraping the surface of in the skate industry and they’re hilarious. There are a grip of dope ass sk8 pods that have been in it for a while and you have some catching up to do to get on that level but I’m rooting for you. I’ve been dialing in for every episode but that comment kinda threw me off. I’m watching you develop in real time with this shit but listen to as many of the later bunts as you can, talkin Schmitt has some gems, mostly skateboarding has its moments. There’s only so many RU-vid skaters so you’re gonna have to branch out at some point. I watch you Lamont cuz you remind me of my first best friend and I have a really big feeling you’re gonna turn this into something special but it’s not the best skate pod YET. I like nine club but it is sort of an ad for the most part. Your shit clearly isn’t and I like that but stay humble and keep it up.
