@@TommyRx anna gunn had a performance that was on par with aaron paul and maybe a notch below cranston. she gets way too much hate for such a brilliant performance
@@smogblazer4509 aaron is a great actor no doubt but I feel like his whole character was just being miserable, which is a job he did well. I feel like walt offers much more versatility and depth
3:04 "My own family nicknamed me Sneaky Pete. My OWN family." I don't know why but it sounds like a line that Walt could literally say in Breaking Bad.
The fact that Bryan wanted to vote for Matthew says something about both actors. I love them both and they were really great in their characters. It was amazing to watch them do such a great job.
Fr, I just finished True Detective season one and wondered why Matthew didn't win the Emmy, makes sense tho since it was Cranston's last season of BB and he nailed it.
@@massivecowbreakout7555 Yeah this is more accurate lol. Im pretty certain jesse absolutely hated walt by the end especially after what he put him through. He definitely didnt forgive him. He only gave him a small nod to show he understood how he saved him.
@@CedricBassman It's likely that he might be, I mean these are brilliant actors remember? Bryan seems like a very nice man but how do we know that isn't just a performance. There's also a much higher concentration of sexual abuse within Hollywood than in most parts of the U.S. Innocent until proven guilty in my eyes but I still consider the possibility. However I always try and separate an artist's art from their lives. I still consider Kevin Spacey a great actor and enjoy his performances just the same even though I now know how vile he is, most artists have dark shit somewhere in them. You can't be a good artist if you haven't suffered in some way.
the love Aaron and Bryan have for each other always gets me misty eyed. especially after everything that’s happened in the show its great to know these guys really do love each other in real life
@@shantanusaren4033 ufff, maybe BCS gets the throne. Is extraordinary but doesn't ended, then Breaking Bad still in posicion of the Best serie ever made
These candidates were just toooooo powerful ! What a year ! Although I am brought here because of BB, I think Mathew should get this prize. His acting in True detective is so enjoyable outstanding. 😢
Breaking Bad is my all time favorite show, but I felt so bad for both Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson, as they both deserved an Emmy that year. That first season of True Detective was an absolute masterpiece
@@johnselwitz5362 best season of any show ever IMO, Matthew simply transformed himself into rust cohle and it was impossible to look away. Doesn’t surprise me that Bryan took this in the shows final season. Reminds me of when Kendrick lost to Macklemore the year before this.
Maybe because you like so many of us were really invested in their characters & emotionally connected to them. 50hrs is a long time watching them, especially if you binge watch, it ends up a kind of mix up between their characters and real personas. Maybe.
Yea... you could literally see him get glassy eyed and choked up. This is what made BB so great, the affection the cast and crew have for each other is palpable.
just finished the series yesterday and i can say that its the best series ever in terms of acting, character development and of course the story!! no wonder he won 5 emmys!! he deserved it. I hope he is in el camino i hope he is still alive.
Paolo Zialcita that’s so crazy I just finished watching the last episode yesterday evening and I was hooked, afterwards I watched the el Camino trailer and I really can’t wait! 😆😆💯🙏😭 I couldn’t agree more with you
@@imranali-cg6rl season 1-2 are basically story building/character building episodes and then it starts to pick up by season 3 and season 4 is fucking phenomenal it's absolutely insane. Definitely one of the best shows of all time
@@imranali-cg6rl of course, breaking bad is a TV series done right from the first episode to the last, and one of those rare shows that actually has a satisfying ending
@@Timmy-zc9lx oooh oh yeah. And hopefully that young adult doesn't try to sell that drug to a mexican drug dealer. He might be an informant of the D.E.A or something like that
You're running out of time Oh and I hope he doesn't die in a dramatic scene reminiscing the past after freeing his former associate or something like that.
Look at Aaron when Bryan is announced winner. That jump, that hug, that smile... It's just pure happiness and pride that makes my heart melt. And you can also see him fighting the huge urge to shout out "Yeah, bitch!" :D
I just wanna say one thing : Aaron Paul seems to be a really good man. Just look how happy he is for Bryan Cranston. You can even see that he has tears in his eyes. You can tell that he is the kind of person that you wanna be friend with. The kind of dude who is really happy for his mates. Great guy.
Haha awwww that joy on Aaron Paul's face when Bryan Cranston won is so pure. And during his speech, when he mentioned Aaron and talked about him, it looks like Aaron was about to cry. AWWW omg
@Sugar Tits regardless of if he is or not, it's an award show. That's not a time to hold personal grudges, you shut up, put on a happy face, and celebrate the awards being given out. There's a time and place for pettiness lol
@@romilrh Don't know .. I think there is a lot that goes on behind the nomination process. True detective's production would have thought a drama award is bigger and hence put in their actors in that category. Matthew would have won had it been for miniseries.
@@sslp5762 would've still been a stacked category. He would have gone up against Benedict Cumberbatch for Sherlock as well as both Martin Freeman and Billy Bob Thornton for Fargo. Just an incredible year for TV acting all around
