Bryan Habana scored an incredible 67 tries for the Springboks - Here's a look at each of them. Which one is your favourite? #BryanHabana #Rugby #Springboks
Im an All Blacks fan through & through but my all time 15 definately has Bryan Habana on one wing. What a phenomenal player, in the ABs wingers have such a short life expectancy, max 5-6 years for greats but this guy maintained his speed & position in Bokke for 12 YEARS.
@@Nyasalands_Finest when I was young , I used to live in Port Elizabeth . Whenever Eastern Province or Despatch used to play , I used to go there and watch , especially Dany Gerber . Many years later I watched Bryan Habana for the Springboks . They were both world class, but Habana is the Goat .
I've seen a few people comparing him to Colbe recently, they're two totally different players, Habana was one of the fastest players to play the game, Acceleration wise the two might be close, but Habana would run Colbe away at the end. Colbe on the other hand is a wayy better stepper than Habana. For me Habana on his day is along with Lomu probably the best wing of all time, so Colbe still has a ways to go.
Don't count out Julian Savea...46 Tries in 54 Tests and is returning to NZ, which is better than any apart from Daisuke Ohata, as far as I know. In terms of conversion rate (tries per game) for a player whose played more than 25 tests.
@@chris5240 yeah Savea's conversation rate is phenomenal, I believe Habana would've had a better conversion rate if he were an All Black considering how they play. Springboks had a lot of on an off compared to New Zealand and they rarely compromised their playing style.
If he can maintain his position & try scoring form for Bokke for anpther 10 years then maybe you can compare him to the great Bryan Habana. Remember Nehe Milner-Skudder? Similar skillset to Kolby unfortunately his form didnt last long.
