A judge has granted a venue change for Bryan Kohberger who requested the court to move his upcoming murder trial from the small town of Moscow, Idaho, arguing the small local jury pool was likely tainted by pretrial publicity. It doesn't matter where your murder trail gets moved to, the evidence remains the same, it's not a legal victory, just less options for an appeal after you're found guilty.

Sorry, but the defense was entitled to all the information on the case the prosecutin and the cops had. For unknown reasons, the prosecution repeatedly dragged its feet. Among other things, this meant that the only information the public got was that selected by and approved by the prosecution. The family/families should blame the prosecution for the delay. If there is information that casts doubt on the prosecution narrative, the families and the public should have this information. It's still quite possible that the cops and the prosecution have the wrong man.

Still have to figure out if Kohberger really did it. A lot of weird prosecutorial conduct that is raising reasonable doubt. The first concern is not the comfort of the families. It's making sure the guy they got is treated fairly. Then, it's making sure he is guilty. Then, it's supporting the families of the victims. If it's not in that order, the case has to get thrown out.

Sounds sus to all of us. Where are all the other victim family members? Seems like steve is trying to run the show, and all the other victim family members want nothing to do with them
