Thankful I am now at a non-denominational church. Southern Baptist Convention is compromised with liberalism. And that is in no small part to Southern Seminary. Disgraceful
George has a degree in business. I remember one time, very clearly, when George said in front of us that "Churches basically need to be treated like businesses, because that's what they are." So, when he said "...I'm not supposed to be a businessman...", he was just being a con man. The SBC is full of people like the Wrights. The bottom line i$ what matter$ to them! And George is in the position he's in today due to nepotism. Johnson Ferry planted Cedarcrest Church, at great expense, and put George in as the pastor in in late 20's. Bryant built a church and gave his son the keys. So much for being selected by God!
