I love horses and have been riding since I was 3 yrs. old but I'd feel safer on a mule . Rode one on a trip in Flag Staff and my group laughed because they got horses. But the joke was on them because their horses were stumbling and they woke up saddle sore the next morning and I had no issues . Best long ride of my life !
