"There is no such thing as the top when you reach the peak of the mountain it only gives you a better view of the taller ones waiting to be climbed" SUCH A GOOD QUOTES
22:42 Bryce literally saying sorry is what made me cry and sob for many reasons 1. She isnt as heartless as people think she is 2. She really did love her mom and apologized properly to Gloria and begged Gloria's forgiveness as to when she betrayed her
same omg i wasn't expecting this to be so deep and have such real themes yet be so disconnected from the world in the best way possible to allow you to love the overblown evil that stems from real relatable experiences This was so good.
When robot Donovan was on the floor dying and said “my sacrifice will be her salvation”, that full circle back was a tear jerker!!! 😂 such good entertainment!!
That's the scene I was telling my roommate about. Imagine trying to explain "yeah this pervert terrorist s/laughters a whole room of people and collects their hearts in a mini cooler and gives the cooler of hearts to his girlfriend and it was VERY romantic" when the person you're explaining to had zeeeeroooo context 😅
Can we talk about that tender hand kiss Bryce gave to comfort Bobby??? Literally two of Brandon’s evilest characters, and they have the healthiest relationship I have ever seen
They have the healthiest relationship in Brandon rogers history… 1. Sam and Donna 2. Grandpa and Donna 3. The office guy and his assistant Out of all of them Bryce and Bobby have had 0 problems in their past and present
I'm a more recent fan (discovered you with Helluva Boss), so I don't have the attachment to some characters that other people might have, but Bryce is the absolute star of everything you put her in. The character has such gravitas and you disappear into her completely, I just loved seeing her in every show she's been in so far. Her relationship with Bobby reminds me of Morticia and Gomez Addams, in the best way possible. 1% represent!
7:58 "MOVE WE'RE F*CKING" what a line 10:25 Never thought open heart surgery could be so intimate. 22:12 Goddamn and you always fit in the most emotional twists. To find that in the end Bryce, despite being as heartless as she is, didn't burn her bridges, and that her bit of heart and humanity to just say "sorry" is what gets her out of this. Amazing.
It’s so cool. Every single person we saw meet their downfall did it because they burned their bridges. The bosses at callco, the angel investors, bryce’s mother (partially), they all lost due to their destruction of relationships. But she didn’t burn her relationships, so she never lost.
I've gotta say while obviously Brandon's acting and character writing has improved immensely over the years, one thing most people don't notice is how well the scenery and sets are becoming. Even just something as simple as a chair in a studio room can be made super menacing with nothing else in it except the board staring from the window and a dark red lighting painting the scene.
Brandon, you don't understand... this series is probably the best thing you've ever created. This is pure ART. Seriously, it's mind-boggling to me that Hollywood isn't throwing millions at you right now. Your talent knows no boundaries!
I didn't know if the heart replacement thing was meant to be a joke at first and then become a major part of character development later. But I think the whole symbolic massages it gives is GENIUS. ❤
I keep coming back to Brandon’s videos. His ability to create the most incredible plot twists without causing any confusion to the viewer is just purely incredible and shows just how much of a genius he really is. I’ve seen a lot of movies where the plot twist was amazing but also while getting there the plot got so convoluted that my amazement was always muddled with confusion-or they tried so hard to create a plot twist that the whole thing just did not make any sense anymore; whereas with Brandon I never once had a hard time wrapping my head around his stories. I never felt the need to pause and google because every single thing he says and does is crystal clear to the viewer WHILE never losing its shock factor. His pacing is INCREDIBLE. The way he goes from short comedic bits to scenes to get the plot progress is so good that you never get bored or confused. His videos always have the most excellent lines, stories, acting, drama, comedy and the most satisfactory endings. The way he ties everything together so very perfectly at the end of his videos (literally, he does this with every single one of his videos-whether it be a short one like a mom making a difference or blah blah the clown; or longer ones like a day at the beach) never fails to amaze me. Keep up the good work, Brandon. Love youu
As you said in your Instagram, IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT. I'm amazed how the lore just 'Turned' From Bryce hating her mother from 'Collabing' with her mother. This was wonderful Brandon, the whole series was a wonderful piece of art. We're proud of you.
7:40 ngl bro looks fine as hell he slayed that “When you reach the peak of a mountain… you see the view of the taller ones just waiting to be climbed.” My jaw dropped. That was beautiful, Brandon.
I loved the series, but I kinda agree. My feelings on Donovan being a robot are mixed. Especially because he acts WAY more like a robot in the modern-day scenes in this show than he did in Normal British Series.
@@waltonvelvetwell those events took place presumably after this show, so it’s been some time since then. we can assume that donovan grew more and more human like the longer he served for bryce.
and the fact theres tons of him that can die and easily be replaced. I think it could've been better if they used donovans real heart or something that made him 'human-er'
The entire Sequence of Bryce's growth at 15:15 is a Cinematic MASTERPIECE! The Music is flawless, Bryce slowly losing herself to money, the contrast between "I think it's time I had a bigger house! BINGO!" to "I want a bigger office... bingo..." Really hits! I loved this series and I've been watching it over and over again!
I love Bryce and Bobby’s story. From the skits to the series explaining their story. There is something special about their chemistry. These series are better than the marvel universe and make rethink every scene I’ve seen with these two in it
Bryce is the definition of gaslight, gatekeep, girlboss. Brandon is such an amazing and talented person and actor and director. Not many people can make you side and sympathise for a brutal (kinda heartless) seriel killer, but Brandon has succeeded at this. And its amazing how he has managed to act and direct all this while voice acting for another fabulous show. I cant wait to see what the legend Brandon Rogers comes up with next!
I’m selfishly pleased knowing that we can get 100% of your creativity when you have 100% control over what you create!!! One day you’ll be in Hollywood, I hope you’re still the Brandon we love!!
I love how you give reasons to plot holes. It’s honestly amazing seeing how many Donovan clones there are, that being the reason Donovan always comes back after dying. It’s honestly amazing and you’re a true genius.
@@DollarSignSlate I thought she started building more of them after the finale, but up until now (or 'till Normal British Series) it was just one Donovan, the original.
15:53 Gave me shivers. We’re so used to the “Bingo!” sounding so happy but this time you hear the.. idk if it’s sadness in her voice but it’s definitely something. Brandon’s range of acting always blows my mind.
What an artistically done series! The triple diva diversion had me screaming from the iconic levels radiating off of the trio. This is RU-vid at its best!
The cinematography is absolutely phenomenal And I love how all she ever wanted was to be the face of the operation. I love all the callbacks to his older videos, like the fountain and him making her hair straight to reference the old wig I feel terrible for all the characters bro you just want the best for them Edit: DAMMIT Donovan meant nothing to her...
Brandon, please don’t feel discouraged that you’ve taken a hit in views… the work you’re making has evolved to such an insane degree. This is fucking amazing!
This series was a cinematic masterpiece!! I wish there were more episodes because I can’t get enough of Bryce! ❤ The storytelling and cinematography was AMAZING!! Everything about this series was just incredible!
I just watched all 3 episodes today and im so glad I could make it for the finale. holy shit this series is an absolute masterpiece. Brandon is a great actor and story writer, as well as the rest of the team who worked on this awesome show/skit series.
@@wildgirl4510 hes the best person in fucking existence and Im a massive fan also I guess he just heard my cry for help because I was kinda sad when he liked it. it really did make my day.
honestly if I could talk with him it would make me so happy. like, I dont know how to explain how happy I would be. he voices Blitz, and Helluva Boss is my favorite show. his videos are just amazing and he just seems like a fucking really cool guy I would kill to get a conversation with him. but well... thats not ever gonna happen.
@@lotte1521 okay yeah but... my parents dont understand the shit i like and enjoy. i live in a small town. im young enough that I really shouldnt be watching this stuff but it just makes me happy to see things that I can enjoy and relate to with my unique interests and shit, my parents wont take me many places. I couldn't even go to LVL Up Expo to meet the Helluva Crew and that was my birthday dream. theres nothing I can do. I dont live near Brandon anyway, theres literally NOTHING.
God damn that fucking quote 24:42 When you reach the peak of a mountain, it only gives you a better view of the taller ones waiting to be climbed. Shit goes unnessarly hard
The "I'm walking through a goddamn fountain right now!" joke was my favorite gag from the original Bryce video and I am SO GLAD it made a reappearance!
The "im walking through a fcking fountain right now" reference had me dead. Bryce has always been my favorite character and now shes got her own series' and backstory, slay queen 👠. Always peak quality with Brandon's content 👌
THIS IS SO GOOD AND SO SATISFYING THE ENDING GOSH this bests many if not several films run by BIG production companies in terms of plot, character design, individuality, humor, this series has been just spectacular. I clicked on your BRYCE story thinking it would be something easy-going undeveloped charming little story to pass time as I ate my cereal, boy was I wrong. I perched on my wooden dinning chair, my eyes cemented to the screen, every glancing moment entirely spellbound. It was astounding through and through. I truly wonder what things you are capable of accomplishing given the same budget as so called big production companies, you really got something going for you.
Brandon always mange to mix comedy and emotion. I’m sorry line made me cry than “I’m killing people too” got me laughing again. He’s super talented and I’m happy to see more from him.
22:19 I love how Bryce and Gloria are just sitting back and eating like they are in a movie theater while watching a room full of board members die ❤❤❤😂😂😂😅
This finale was so fucking glorious, and i teared up at the part when bobby returned with hearts and dozens more for bryce you can tell he truely loves her. You did so well with your characters brandon ❤
The amount of time, love, and care that went into this story was absolutely incredible and produced a story far more interesting and compelling than most big box movies in my opinion. Thank you for all of your hard work producing this!
Ok but I am obsessed with the fact that what makes Bryce so different from every other ruthless power we meet is that instead of being entirely heartless, she uses her heart as a weapon and key to her success. She’s cut-throat and bitter and lacks a lot of empathy, but it was by extending vulnerability to people that were considered to be of value, allowing herself to lean on them for the support she needs, Bryce was able to create the most powerful collective of individuals. The woman who made her, the first she loved, the first she killed, and her first ally in the business industry. All emotional and meaningful bonds combined with the potential and abilities that create the most ruthless team. Absolutely brilliant writing, and I cannot wait to see what else you come up with.
The sheer amount of love, work and dedication that goes into every single one of these is astounding and truly genius 🎉 massive props to every single person who helped this journey ❤
You are unironically one of my biggest inspirations for storytelling your stories are so well done! Not only do you have quotable comedic beats but you’re so good at making complex characters too!!
It's amazing how much an emotional comedy this was. People try to make soap operas and try to take themselves so seriously that it stops feeling like real life. Whereas this right here feels more real with it's craziness.
I stumbled into your content after watching interviews you gave with other creators, and this is the first series of yours I've watched. I really love how much detail you poured into this series - the 80's design, the music, and the depth you gave each of the characters. The scene that stuck out the most to me though and pushed me to comment is when Bobby goes to get a heart for Bryce and everyone corners him. "Everyone get back - he's weird." I haven't been able to stop thinking about that line since I watched the series because I remember how devastating it used to feel being "weird" and I love how unapologetically weird all of these main characters are. TLDR: Thank you for keeping it weird and doing what you love - I'm really excited to dive into Class Acts next!
Screaming and crying my sister and I made it in the background of the FINALE!!! So this is what it feels like to be apart of history😭😭😭❣️❣️❣️ Such an honor, I’d donate my heart to Bryce!💓
@bagelesandwich we went to see him at the crystal ballroom in Boston! We got to meet him too which was such an honor, and in the video we are just in the crowd but we had such good seats
This series was so fucking good I clapped when the credits rolled. What a masterpiece, I used to watch him on vine all the time and now he's reached such a wide audience
I came here to kill some time and get a laugh, but I leave INSPIRED AND ASTONISHED. From the script to the lighting, this chapter was SO good what?!? The production and effort put into this deserves a lot more recognition, Brandon never disappoints!
The wait for the final episode of the Bryce series was worth it, it is truly amazing. The ideas and projects that Brandon has really go above and beyond
"There is no such thing as the top. When you reach the peak of a mountain it only gives you a better view of the taller ones waiting to be climbed." Such an amazing quote!!!!!!!! Wish I could go back to high school and use that for my senior year!
I didn't expect this series to be something so beautiful, thank you Brandon. Love the soundtrack, the story, the crew. I'm a new fan of your work, like millions out there
Watching Brandon go from crude toilet humor to these amazingly written characters and stories while still keeping just enough humor to keep us interested is incredible. Awesome freaking job man. I can't wait to see what you do next!
