This video was very helpful, especially with the neck, the side guards on the head and knees. Super glue, paper towel and my box cutter were practically my best friends when improving on this guy. He's borderline perfect now.
Great video. Very in depth! FYI, try tightening the screws in thighs and legs first before disassembling and adding glue. This worked for me. But I realize I may have been lucky.
Hi there, I know it's an old video but are you consider getting the BS-03 Challenger KO and making a video on how to fix its shoulder joint. The ratchet joint is known for breaking even with the metal part fix. Great video btw!
hi I got that replacement part. But I haven't tried replacing it yet. I'm too lazy to play games. I came up with some ideas for the shoulder of the BS-03. However, because the material is special, it does not adhere. I'm still thinking about it, but if I come up with a good idea, I'll share it in a video. thank.
Thank you so much!!! I fixed the head and got the 180 degree arm rotation. Your videos are amazing!!!!!I was also wondering what kind of glue you used in the video?
@@PNS84 Looking for the kiki fix Loose Joints Action Figure, this product has water-soluble ingredients and slow drying speed. I guess it's the same ingredient as varnish. This, of course, seems to work. But I'm impatient so I can't wait for it to harden slowly. So I'm using instant glue that works fast. I think you can choose the product according to your work style or preference. thanks
Damn, never thought that BMB dragoon would be this loose out of the box. Great tutorial, wish i had some of your confidence since i'm sure i would messed up lol.
@@arcanetoy Well it is cheaper than UT but its still rather expensive for me so i won't take any chance buying it in the first place if i had to modify it to make it worth having in my collection lol. But yeah i got your point, if i'm doing this i need to take risk.
@@nekovanguard9553 The tasks I introduce are low-risk, so I think it's better to try them one by one. If the instant glue hardens into the wrong shape, it can be removed. It falls off when soaked in hot water.
Could I ask you a couple questions? Besides flipping his arm to get it straight down what modifications would be nessasary to have it be straight down? I'm having trouble pegging his sword on his back. Should I trim the peg or the hole with a hobby knife?
Other than turning the arm upside down, you can consider chipping off the armpit of its chest. You can't see it well in beagle mode or robot mode. But I just flipped it over to secure the angle of the arm joint. When you fix the knife on your back, trim the edges of the pins that are inserted to make it easier for you. Don't trim the whole thing, just trim the edges.
thanks a lot man! got mine not even a week ago and now hes all better becvaus eof all these fixes you guided me through. just wondering if you can also do a fix this and that for broken ratchet joints and a snapped arm on the monocrat mt01 Megatank. I got that figure and the ratchets in his knees were broken out of the box for some reason.
Is the white pin on the back of his head supposed to be the switch for his eyes? When I plugged in the batteries it always stays on no matter what and I don't know how to fix it if I'm supposed to
It is possible that the switch part is bad. Check if the groove where the switch protrudes is not too tight. The groove may be tight and the switch is always depressed. thanks
The one I use is a local brand, but it will be the same as loctite 401. I recommend silicon grease. It doesn't react with rubber and plastic. www.amazon.com/s?k=Silicone+Grease&ref=nb_sb_noss_2 Thanks

I don't have unique toys Megatron. Looking at the relevant data, I think the structure of the head is different. I think you should refer to my method and find a way yourself.
