I've ridden a Honda activa for 5+ years and I am thinking of buying Himalayan now.

Hero bikes are so good. Affordable and Durable. The biggest issue i guess is there premium bikes are under powered. XPULSE would have done great with a 350 or 400cc engine so as there other bikes special made for touring. 200 is okay for CIty bike but not for something like XPULSE.

I totally agree with you on the abs kicking in soon, and this is with the interceptor 650 as well that I felt. A lot of people don't observe or talk about it though. This is where the KTM shines, the electronics are there to have your back, but it's very forgiving, it makes you push to the extreme before it plays in, it makes you a better rider everyday.

Too much weight kills the Himalayan, and less power in Impulse makes it less potent in highway..If KTM or Yamaha pull out their 250 cc engine and built a machine, would be an awesome product, especially FZ25 engine, which has lot of lower end torque and punch. Wait a minute, I forgot about Yamaha XT250 in other markets. Sagar just kills it the content and presentation.

I always love your videos your content that you put out. But the only downside is that i cannot add it offline so that i can watch it on my free time without internet. So please sir kindly do on the settings where we can add it offline so we can watch it anytime anywhere without internet. Not all of us has internet through out the day. Network in india sucks.

I am a new rider from the uk. I have just found this channel and i really really like this guy, what an amazing presenter and expert in his field.

One major problem of Royal Enfield Himalayan and other models is BATTERY. Previously they were using Exide battery and at present Amron. Both the are of extremely poor quality. I exchanged my Himalayan's battery twice but to no avail. Owners of Himalayan UK, US and Australia etc replaced it with Lithium battery and solved this issue, And has you said "how come Royal Enfield missed Slipper clutch' ? Breaks i are okay when you consider the unexpected the unexpected cornering and down pour mess.This leads me to ask myself and think, "why the hell are we Indians so foolishly devoted to this wretched brand when there so many muck more better bikes at the same price range in India" ?

The Himalayan broke the path for afforadable middleweight ADV motorcycles.. Since its launch continues to lead the pack of other entrants in the space. The bike is undergoing constant upgrading in terms of refinement. Having said that, I think more can be done to squeeze more juice out the engine with the existing block. An aftermarket 462cc and 477cc bore engines are being offered making the bike more exciting than it already is.. Perhaps REM should consider offering one of the above as an OEM equipment, along with better brakes, a slipper clutch and brighter electrical.

Sir is it worth buying this bike becoz when I search bs6 himalayan I can see only 2 types of videos either it is like "taking the delivery of himaayan" Or "problems with himalayan" So my question is that should I buy this bike expecting not to making my 2nd home at royal enfield service center????

It is a great bike, I think the only two things RE should address is to change the exhaust system (when discolored it looks so cheap...) and drop the price tag a little bit in North America. Other than that, it's basically a no brainer for beginner adv bikers.

Never go for himalayan... Suffering hell lot of issues with bs4 bike.. Don't waste your money and piece of mind

2 things to say that this is much much better than powerdrift. It is happen because actual rider rod bike so keep it up #sagarsheldekar. Tyres are not that great so I put continental nobby tyre bor rear and it's. Bike can come out from any tricky situation.☺️☺️

You mentioned switching the abs off In an old-fashioned way. Is it possible to switch abs off in older models of Himalayan Bs6? If yes can you say how?

Address the quality issues which himalayan still has , and the. Make it kinda cinematic trailer then it will be worth . It's more kind of a promotional video for royal enfield rather than honest review.

Long wait for this review from Sagar. And boy was it worth it....🙏🏻 Very honest review. No words minced, no hostages taken. The issues he highlighted are pretty much the same ones i felt when i rode the bs-6 himalayan off-road oad. To the point as always with spectacular video edits ! bravo....awaiting eagerly for the next video as always ! 😋😋😋

Finally... the most awaited review has released... RE H looks like a hardcore offroad machine.. xplusle on the other hand a soft one... ofcourse to munch miles RE is the better option... but again, the vibration, clunky gearbox and the abs which doesn't work most of the time are the drawbacks.... I will say RE H is the best considerable Rigid offroad machine. And Sarge, looking forward to see your long term(ownership)review on this.. lots of love.
