I'm late diagnosed ASD and like many of us I'm struggling. I thought after diagnosis I'd get some help. There needs to be some kind of holistic approach, the nhs is not equipped to deal with us. I feel like i need some kind of autistically aware life coach or support network. I'm socially anxious to use social media, but I've been planning on reaching out to join or build some kind of mutually supporting network. I'm baby stepping my way into it with youtube comments! I think theres a lot of suffering people and wasted potential. I want to do what I can to help myself and others.
