Like the video, change the clock and date settings to actual if the display shows the error code 2:401 and an empty battery' indicator. You need a CAN-key or Truckcom software to do soo

When the truck starts up, the date appears, probably somewhere in 2054

Checksum parameters 1. Check in the list of parameters that no value is outside the range specified (e.g. -32768 in any of the parameters) Note: The calibration parameters 1300-1399 may be very close to this value! 2. Change one of the parameters in the groups 1-99, 101-999, 1001-1199 and 1200-1299. 3. Save the changes and restart the truck. You should see an hourglass on the CID display, confirming that the values are being copied from the MCU to the CID. 4. Change the parameters back to their original values, and restart the truck. A new checksum should be calculated. 5. Replace the MCU

No the display doesn't have a internal backup battery inside. Only the MCU does have it.

Does the battery inside the mcu save the time & date settings when the truck battery is disconnected? I am trying to solve the issue of date & time changing after traction battery is being charged. 👍

You need to attach a CAN-key (mechanics key) to the diagnostic socket. Otherwise you can only change the time.

The diagnostic program is called BT TRUCKCOM TE. And is available from your OEM as a sub-dealer or for sale on some websites

Hi Julian, You need a CAN-key to attach in the diagnostic socket! 3:329 internal parameter error in the AC traction controller. The displacement in the current sensor is to high. Cheers

No, you need at least a CAN-key

This is possible with a CAN key and the dashboard. You will have to follow the repair manual.

Software checksum error. You need TRUCKCOM to solve this error. Change the value of one parameter in every 100, 200, 300 etc 1000 1100 parameter sets (write down what you changed!) Log out. Log in. Change all the values back to exactly the value that u changed. Log out. Log in. Software is now generating a new Check-Sum.

How is youre BT RRE doing? Fixed all the errors allready?

Cause: Short circuit in the ACT, the drive motor or the motor cables. The truck is braked by the motor brake until it stops. Check 1. That the motor cables are undamaged and there is no short circuit between them or with B-. 2. The motor windings' resistance to the motor yoke, there should be no relationship. 3. Test using a new motor controller. If the error persists, the fault is probably an internal motor problem. Replace the motor and refit the old controller

this error code has to do with the checksum of the software. Change one parameter in every 100 range of the paramters to generate a new checksum
