This actually helps me sleep, I sleep at 3am or 5am and wake up at 5am(when I don't play music).And something I can't even sleep, it'll be 8 in the morning and I'm still awake. ( So it really helps me, thank you!) 💜

My country is currently on lockdown due to coronavirus. I live in Spain, currently in Madrid, and I have been indoors for 9 days already in a city away from my family. The government says the worst is yet to come. I am scared, sad and anxious. I play this to calm down my anxiety so that I can cry at midnight. Last week was a very stressfull week for me. I had so many exams, i thought this week would last like its a decade. Every single day i came here to listen to this while im studying. Thank you so much for this! Every thime i turn this on, i immediately forget all my stress. And look. I only have 2 exams to go out of the 9! its been over a year since I first heard Koya's sleep music and I still use it to sleep I love the peace it brings me. For some reason I can use my imagination just like when I was a kid. Right before I fall asleep I can imagine being in a rainforest with Koya and being the most peaceful, happy, and healed person with no one else around me.
